Paisano’s Pizza

Steak sandwich special tastes great and is a really good price $ 8.99 for sandwich, fries and soda. Small salad is really good too. Service is always great, friendly and helpful. We eat there at least once a week.

I’ve ordered from this location several times. My son is a big fan of the calzone, the white pizza, and the meatball marinara sub. My favorite are the italian sub, the steak & cheese sub, the wings, the pepperoni pizza, and the greek salad.
Yes, you do have to wait, on average 45 minutes, for your delivery to arrive but I haven’t had any problems. Everyone that I’ve encountered were nice and professional.

We’ve ordered from here probably several times a week. This is my go to place for steak subs and calzones! Yes, you will need to wait about an hour to get your food. Depending on how bad I’m craving a steak sub, the wait is sometimes worth it. The food itself is worth 5 stars. Most the drivers are friendly, so they get 4.5 stars, but the wait…

Paisano’s delivered the wrong order. When I called back they kept putting me on hold and said all they could do is offer me 20% off of the next order. Why would I order again if they couldn’t get the order right the first time? I took the items back to Paisano’s and they still wouldn’t make the order right. NO way would I order from this joint again!

For a place that delivers and is a chain, this place has high quality pizza. The pizza tastes good and has very good ingredients. The staff there is usually friendly and clear about how long the order is going to take. The prices are alright, but I always find myself ordering from other chains instead.

I order out from here very often and the pizza is great! One of the new managers named Tristian always has a smile on his face. No matter how difficult I make my order out to be. I’ll definitely be going there again!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, Horrible customer service. I was insulted by the guy at the counter. I called to ask about the ads. that they put at my door that says if you order online you will get free zaplos. I called to ask the guy can i get it if I order on the phone and the guy said No, I have to order online, I said ok. I ordered online and went to pickup. He refuse to give me the zaplos but only pizza. I said I called to ask you about it before I order. He said I should have figured out He start insulting, yelling and cursing me. This is the worst experience in my life. The other guy apologize for the other guy behavior, who was cursing and insulting. Believe me guys, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Food is consistently good, I get a student discount since I’m at Paul Mitchell. The salads are good, not heavy on iceberg. Call ahead because the service can take a bit.

Can’t believe the customer service I just received from this location. The driver left my house and told me «f*** me that’s why my food is cold» before jumping in his car. Let me tell you something you better be glad that I am better than that cause he would get the business. I will never order from this location let alone I will make sure the rest of my friends and family don’t. Teach your drivers a little bit more class and maybe they would get a better tip.
UPDATE: I appreciate management tending to this unfortunate situation. I really had no problem with the food it was more the customer service and it was nice to see a franchise take pride in customer satisfaction. It’s sad to see one bad apple spoil the whole experience but I will give this restaurant another try.

The food is good. I’ve had the pizza, subs, wings, wraps and spaghetti and I have no complaints there. The only disappointment I have is they’ve raised some prices since I first started ordering and seems like they’ve reduced portion sizes. I don’t really like letting my 3yr old eat too much greasy food so I usually let him eat out of whatever I have but my most recent order only had a few fries which is unfortunate since he LOVES fries. Food is great but not to happy about the price change so I’ll probably order less often.

Pretty good pizza and wings. My only issue is that it’s pricey. Honestly it’s some of the best pizza I’ve had here in Woodbridge. The wings are pretty meaty

My heart is broken… false advertising or the site not working as it should, I have been trying to order online for the past three or four months after I started receiving flyers that advertised delivery service… every time I try to enter my address on line I get a message that says it doesn’t deliver to my place… THEN STOP SENDING ME DELIVERY FLYERS! LOL
My review of the Paisanos in Manassas is very glorifying, however, as for Woodbridge, because I can’t delivery when I’m only like 3 miles away from the store here at Potomac Mills, I sadly cannot give any more than a one star. At least until I have the time myself to get there for a pick up– but I’ve just been too busy.

The store manager contacted me promptly via Unilocal to apologize for my troubles and offered to send a different flyer. Unfortunately I am sure it is an issue with the website which I guess they can’t fix. But she did offer to let me know if she could do anything to help. I appreciated the contact and therefore am happy to change my rating to 2 stars. However, I still have to get there and give it a try. Thank you Ms. Coleen.

Stopped in yesterday for the Veteran’s Day free 10″ pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this pie is. 10″ is perfect (4 nice sized slices). This pizza reminds me of the pizza of my youth. A good balance between tomato sauce and cheese and the pepperoni tasted fresh. I’ll be back to try some more menu items. It’s located in Potomac Festival on the same side of the complex as Hard Times Café in Woodbridge.

I get delivery from here quite often. The food is awesome! I usually get the Stromboli, but I’ve also had the subs. The only negative thing about this place is the amount of time it takes to get your food delivered. I simply ordered fries and a sub for lunch and it took an hour and a half to get my food, and the quickest I’ve ever gotten it is an hour. So the food is good but if your starving, you may die before you actually get to eat.

Went for the first time and was pretty shocked. Bought 3 different types of pizza and my family enjoyed all three. Will definitely go there again. I called in the order picked it up and it was ready. I was in and out quick.

Most of the places that deliver near here have sulfites in the sauce which aggravate most of my family. This and papa John’s are all that’s left. I can safely order a pizza and a very basic salad or sub and have it delivered correctly. Personal favorites are fresh basil on the pizza and garlic knots. The crust is the expected, chewy foldable crust that holds help well to the fair amount of toppings. Good basic pizza place that’s reliable.

I’ve eaten at this location once, but at my old job in Dulles the crew ordered from them all the time, so I figured I’d give them a shot. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I did the order online and their website is great and worked fine. I ordered in advance and requested the deliver be there for 7:30pm. I think it arrived around 7:45 or so, which was fine. I thought it would be later because it was a massive storm that came though. The delivery driver was nice and efficient. I’d paid and tipped in advance so all I had to do was sign the receipt.
The pizza was to me just ok. I don’t know if it was because of the distance, but the crust seemed a bit soggy and chewy. My husband liked the flavor but mentioned the same thing about something weird going on with the crust. I liked that the wings came unsauced. The buffalo sauce and blue cheese were on the side. I decided to just have blue cheese, which was amazing. Huge chunks of blue cheese just the way I like it. I also like that the wings were fried and not baked. I liked the crispness a lot. Although I did think the wings were rather small.
I would order from them again, because I’d like to give their subs a try. If/​when I order those, I’ll modify my review to add that info as well :-)

I stopped by for lunch. I ordered a meatball sandwich to go. The woman even walked it over to me when it was done. When I got to my home and opened the container I had a tuna sandwich instead. Needless to say, I had to drive all the way back in order to get the right sandwich.
The sandwich was ok. I don’t think I will be going back. I could get a better sandwich somewhere else where I know they will give me the right one.
