Chick-fil-A

I have been coming to this Chic Fil A since they have opened. I’m shocked that I haven’t reviewed it to date. I think in the 500x that I’ve been here they have messed my order up only twice. This is the Busiest Chic Fil A in the entire country. It’s the fastest single drive through I’ve ever seen. They make double drive through windows look like they are moving in slow motion people are friendly and FAST!

One of the rare fast food restaurants I would go-​to to eat. And you usually can’t go wrong at any day and any time. It’s not the healthiest, but better than the other fast food options & I don’t know what they put in their food, but it’s addicting as heck! Since I’m on a clean diet most of the times nowadays, I only have this once a month or so. Love their simple yet yummy waffle fries & my favorite Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, with their oh-​so-​sour lemonade, just the way I like it =D Oh, and the workers are always nice :) «My pleasure». && that moment when you crave for some, but it’s Sunday & they’re unfortunately Close, lol

I think everybody loves chik fil a. I know I do! Every time I ordered anything, it’s fresh, accurate and the workers are pretty nice! Once or twice the drive thru workers weren’t the nicest but I don’t really care because I go to chik fil a for the food. My only complaint has to be the parking and the drive thru line. It is always crowded and parking is almost impossible. Overall, I love chik fil a. This location is usually a nightmare to order at but the food is good!

They just open near my house.
Actually, I was waiting for opening because I saw that they made some indoor playground
inside of store. It was good for my 2 kids. And I could relax with my wife while they play
there. And, there were enough employees to serve to each tables and to get orders.
I did not have to wait for my food for a long time.

I wondered what people saw in this chicken. To me it tasted terrible. After trying some I thought if I want chicken I would rather get a whole piece of chicken at Popeye’s or KFC or Polo Rico. Not this crap. But why did it taste so bad I wondered. Then I found out. They brine the chicken in vegetable juice, used to be pickle juice. I HATE pickles so that explains it. One of my pet peeves is like going into Bobby’s Burger House, looking at the menu, seeing NO MENTION of pickles. I order my burger and here it comes with a big pickle on the plate with the pickle juice getting into the burger. When that happens they end up recooking the burger. So no more Chick-​fil-​A for me, yuck!!!

My go to chick fil a. The parking sucks, but when in doubt do the drive thru. I love when the tellers actually come to the cars when the line is long. They know how to get the line moving. The food is always fresh, and hot. The staff is always nice and willing to help. I love the fact that the restaurant is always clean, and smells good… Not like dirty mop water. You guys keep up the good work. Twospoons for you.

Very good food. Great atmosphere. Staff is nice and friendly. On my short list of go-​to places.

They’re ridiculous. Customer service is the worst here and management is also. well, they trained the employees.
I used to come here years ago, I usually ordered the #4 I believe it was, and a boatload of honey roasted bbq sauce, but one day I was told I would have to pay for it, I said; Ok, how much, the utterly incompetent employee tells me $ 9.90 for 10 of those little packets. I said what? The packets are more expensive than the meal? She replied that’s what she had put in the system, Okay, well, ask your mgr. Mgr shows up, then she brings it down to $ 7.99, still almost $ 20 for a chicken sandwich and a bag of fried with a coke.
Charging 80 cents for a packet of mustard? That’s not even an ounce? Gold is not even that expensive.
Is this place going to go out of business if they give me 10 of them? Well, I got the meal w/​o the mustard, head to the little counter and grabbed two stacks of napkins and about 100 packets of ketchup, I thought they were gonna go out of business but they didn’t.
Anyhow, thank God for Chipotle, it’s the same price and taste so much better, so I go to Chipotle twice a week before work to get my food and chick fil a? Haven’t been there in two years at least. Nor will I ever go there again.
So, take your 10 packets of mustard and learn how to properly train your employees and remember 10 packets of mustard will not make this business go bankrupt.

Not impressed. Employees are so rude and management doesn’t care to resolve customers issues. There are other food options in the area that have better customer service and management doesn’t seem to recognize that. Disappointed that this chick fil a is so terrible.

My first time trying Chick-​fil-​A. My friend told me to get the chicken nuggets ($ 4.50 for 12 piece) with any of their sauces — I liked the ranch. The deluxe chicken sandwich was solid ($ 4). The frosted lemonade drink ($ 3) was refreshing and everything was very reasonably priced. It was definitely better than your average fast food place.
This location gets really crowded at peak hours. The service here is super friendly and attentive despite how busy they were.

Dang store is closed. They need to be more clear so people don’t waste their time trying to come and enjoy the food

I have no complaints about Chick-​fil-​A.
The food is great and so is the service. Everyone here seems to love their job because I have never had a bad customer service experience here. The drive thru can get pretty lengthy at times, but it moves very fast and there is always an extra person outside taking orders to get things going.

Breakfast chicken biscuits are the bomb. I wish the breakfast menu lasted all day.

Their food is always so fresh and tastes completely different from any other fast food. Actually, I don’t even consider it fast food because the line is always so long! That goes for both the drive-​thru and inside.
You must try their special sauce! Oh, and their milkshakes are really good!

First time at Chick-​Fil-​A and it was Amazing! Loved the nuggets, cheese sauce was delicious, and the frosted lemonade is like a lightly lemon shake – fabulous!
The staff were friendly and the store was clean. Chick-​Fil-​A lives up to its reputation!

We were on our way to Kings Dominion and we stoped here it was super packed inside and out. We had to wait in a line just to be directed to get in line for the drive thru. It was a police officer directing traffic and he was doing a great job. There were two females outside taking orders and our food was ready quickly. It taste great and was ready promptly. The police officer directed us out and we were done. I thought the service was good but this fast food place is just to packed they need to make a bigger restaurant with a bigger drive thru. This drive thru is not equiped for so many people. If the place was bigger I would of gave them five stars. The staff is courteous and professional.

There are many indicators of a good fast food place– being full is one of them. This place is packed, but they have a deputy directing traffic outside to help the flow– well played. They have a hostess walking around getting refills for people, ketchup– salt… Just a great feel here. The guy Hunter who took our order was courteous and repeated it back. They cleaned the tables as people got up to make it easier on those still in line as well.
When the Virginia horde descends upon Chick-​fil-​a they do a great job managing it, and even with the crowds I’m trying to think of a reason to go back down there.

I think this location deserves to be on a news special on what customer service should be. Like others have said in reviews the line can literally be wrapped around the building with cars. All the seats inside can be taken but the staff are polite, courteous and not panicked. Your food will still be hot and even though there will be a line you will not feel like your waiting all day. Yes this is just a fast food chain but the management seriously does an amazing job.
My favorite meal here is a number 3 spicy chicken.

This location is always swamped but lines move quick and customer service is outstanding! Try the grilled chicken sandwich and add Polynesian sauce — you won’t regret it! Also classic salad has surprisingly great additions like blue cheese, strawberries, and blueberries :)
Tip: skip the drive thru that wraps around this location twice and come inside — way quicker
