Frederick S. Petrus, CPA, MBA President and Chief Operation Officer As President and CEO of Nichols & Phipps Plumbing and Heating Corporation, Fred is focused on creating a «Customer-​centered» culture that takes advantage of the Company’s forty (40) year heritage serving families and businesses in the Washington Metropolitan Area. He is committed to 100% customer satisfaction while expanding the products and services offered by Nichols & Phipps to meet the increasing consumer demand for quality heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and related home and business products and services. Since the acquisition of Nichols & Phipps in 2008, Fred’s been active in all aspects of developing and growing the organization. He’s been in the HVAC industry for over ten (10) years. Prior to the service industry Fred was the Assistant Treasurer of Virginia Banks, Inc., their corporate office was located in the heart of Falls Church Virginia. Fred is also a forensic accountant.
