Was referred by Thermador as an «authorized service provider.» They were the only ones who could come on the same day — actually came within hours. Within seconds polite, young technician identified the issue with my new dishwasher. A mounting screw had become loose which prevented the door from closing properly. The threads were striped so he did a «work around» that fixed the problem. I was very pleased. So for response time, the tech’s confirmation phone call, accurate arrival time and the fix (plus all the additional information I found out by talking to the tech) I rate them five stars.
