We didn’t end up needing a moving company to move our goods, but SPRY Moving did price an estimate for us. They were wonderful to work with, professional, and timely.
4 stars because we didn’t use them for the actual move, so we can’t offer a start-​to-​finish review.

I had a painful experience working with this company and recommend shopping around and getting referrals.
The teamster mentality took a job the usually takes 2 hours with 3 men and ran it out to a 5 hour job with 5 men. Constant breaks, a «holier than thou attitude» friction with my driver who was only trying to help was how they drove home the point «Union labor is weak at best»
I work in 49 states and I can tell you this much. The only reason these people have jobs is because the Union protects them. The work ethic and attitude displayed to me and my client would have each of them terminated for many basic customer service issues and lack of production.
If your forced to use union, shop around and get references. There has to be better out there.

Somewhere between our old house and our new house, a couple of our things got lost. A couple of pieces of furniture got damaged. Not only did Spry accuse me inventing our lost items, he refused to help me find anything (telling me to call the truck driver and sending company myself) and refused to send us an insurance claim form. He said that there was «no way to prove» that we ever owned the lost items even though we had the receipts, and «no way to prove» that the furniture was damaged in transit.
I thought the whole point of hiring a moving company was that someone would take responsibility if anything went wrong, broke, or got lost. Stupid me. Next time I’ll move myself.
