My lender was Warren Abramson. Through the whole process of buying my first home he quoted me a 4.50 interest rate. He said this was the ceiling and that my rate would likely be much lower.
Then when the time came to close on the house I see a 4.75 999 rate.
I have great credit and could’ve gone to any other bank but Warren knew he had me over a barrel because to delay the sale would have been a long process and disrupted several other home sales dependent on mine.
And this slimeball now has the nerve to call me about refinancing. Warren Abramson is not a man of his word. He steals from homebuyers.
