I was a loyal client her for years & even drove out of my way to go here when I changed jobs a couple of years ago. But while the staff is still friendly, and the place is very clean the quality dropped off over the last year or so. More than a few times I’ve had to jerk my hands back rather than end up with cut cuticles. The last straw was when I went in for a pre-​event fill & gel mani and when I clearly stated DO NOT CUT THE NAILS DOWN. I look down to find stubby nails, I was so angry about the length I didn’t even notice until this morning that I have «moons» at the cuticles. It looks more like a week old mani. It is very difficult to argue with them due to the language barrier, so I just left and will never return.

Most of my Friends would drive that extra 20 mins for parking and good service !!!

Unfortunately, the quality of work at this place has decreased significantly. Michele is great, but she’s always busy and it’s close to impossible to get her.
The last two times I got a mani/​pedi I was out of there in less than 45 minutes, and if you get mani/​pedis all the time you know it never takes that little time! It’s proof that they do half assed jobs. I could feel the skin on my feet the same as it was before the pedi, my cuticles were a mess in two days and my nails chipped in three days.
I finally convinced my fiancé to get a pedi (so I don’t have to do it, haha) and they cut his so badly they made his toes bleed for quite sometime. Both times I took him!!!
The last time I was there, my last one, I needed to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman changed their shape completely! I have naturally great shaped eyebrows and this woman completely botched them and made them round! I am still very upset about this and it was almost two weeks ago. Never going back to this place. Never!

Awful. Waste of money and time! The water started off warm but got cold quickly (in literally less than 5 min, I noted the time). The description said for a basic pedi you get a message for tired and aching feet which I have. No massage. At all.
Then they closed out my bill with no dryer for my type nails, and they decided the mani I asked for was not gonna happen do now I have to repaint my nails so I can match my hands when I do them myself tonight.
Oh and the left dead skin hanging of my foot. Another thing I have to fix.
Huge waste of time and money. So pissed!

I have always loved this nail salon but I went on Thursday and got a regular manicure and within less than 24 hours, 2 nails chipped. I am now skeptical to return.

Extremely frustrated. I’ve been to this salon maybe ten times and there have been several times when the manicurists have gone so fast that the tools have gotten too close to my nail bed and burned me a bit. This time, the man sliced open my fingers at the cuticle on three different fingers. I was bleeding and they had the balls charge me full price for the service. I will never go there again.

My gel nail polish started peeling 4 – 5 days after i got it. The technician was very rough, painful experience, she was rough because she was in a hurry to get it over with. I will not visit this place again because there are places with better service.

Definitely my go-​to nail salon in the area. $ 25 for an excellent shellac manicure that lasts well over two weeks, tons of color options, and very friendly staff. This place isn’t as pretty and fancy as some other places in town, but I think they have more color options and I get a better manicure for cheaper than other places in the area. I even came here for mani/​pedis with my bridesmaids for my wedding and everything was excellent! They take walk-​ins as well as appointments, though I usually walk in and I never have to wait more than a few minutes.
I’ve never used any of their other services but my sister got her lip and eyebrows waxed here as well and was satisfied. Now that I’ve found this place, I won’t be going anywhere else for my nails!

Ok this place is my only nail salon. You must ask for Lee as the nail tech. She is great and careful. Went here on a last minute need to get nails done for a recent trip to DC on Memorial Day weekend. Took me with no appt. I was nervous about getting gels, since this was my first time. Lee was gentle, quiet, and precise. I walked out happy and couldn’t stop staring at my nails. To my surprise the gels lasted though my mom job with 4 kids. Still looking good on like day 15. So make an appt here you will be happy you did and look pretty too!

This is my old stand by nail salon. I trust that I can come in here and get a good, clean mani-​pedi. There’s rarely a long wait if you walk-​in, though the summer is a little trickier. The nail techs do talk to you & that’s the one thing I’d change. I like silence during my grooming.

A walk-​in nail place a stone throw away from my office that will provide me with a stellar mani for $ 12. Awesome. I wandered in during my lunch break and was not disappointed.
Pro Nails is clean, the techs are friendly and the service is fast. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Not only was my nail tech friendly, but she was also quite thoughtful. She prepped my nails and before she polished them, she had me pay so I wouldn’t have to dig around my purse and wallet. Nail crisis averted!
The place runs some deals and promotions — but the every day $ 12 mani can’t be beat.
I’m going on week 2 of my mani and I am happy to report that my nails are looking as fresh as ever.

My first time here — really positive experience — I will definitely come back! Salon is super clean, pedicurist was thorough — took her time — $ 25 pedi included pretty lengthy massage and lotion in scent if my choice. Receptionist brought me a bottle of Poland Springs — they really rolled out the red carpet. Friendly staff, nice peaceful environment — well ventilated space, wide choice of polish colors — I guess I could go on and on…

I had the WORST experience here. I came in after a long day of work hoping for a relaxing manicure. I wanted a gel manicure and there was only one other customer in the place. But the guy who worked on me was in such a rush you would think there was a line out the door with people waiting to get their nails done. He was PULLING on my cuticles and kept cutting my FLESH. Five of my fingers started bleeding and one in particular was bleeding nonstop for a good 30 minutes. He covered my fingers with alcohol and it stung like crazy, then when my finger wouldn’t stop bleeding he brought out some nail glue and was going to put that on without even asking me if it was okay. It was so embarrassing but I actually started crying then and there. One of the other girls took over and redid his awful job of cleaning up my cuticles and ended up doing my manicure. Meanwhile, he went over and sat down at one of the spa chairs and one of the women went over and started giving him a pedicure. I was disgusted and weirded out by this behavior. I have included a picture of my finger that is hot, throbbing and painful and I am worried it’s infected. NEVER AGAIN.

I liked it bc it was nice and clean and they were friendly. Went with my 3 nieces and nephew on a trip home to the east coast.
They accommodated nephew with a no-​color pedicure which he LOVED, and did very cute designs for the little girls.
My manicure lasted a full week+ with no chips, nice!

Pro– Nails is an awesome place as they do such a great job. I recently went to Glamour Nails in the Woburn Mall and will never go back! Pro Nails was the next stop and so glad I made that turn. I usually get gel nails as they last 10 times longer and never chip. I walked in and was seated with one of the guys that worked there and he did a fantastic job. They offer you water and make you feel comfortable. I did enjoy that he wasn’t openly talking to his co-​workers but engaged in conversation with me which is a nice change. I definitely plan on going back as I need my nails done again. Also, ask for their card which if you visit Pro Nails five times you’ll receive a 10 Gift certificate useful on another visit!!!

My first review of Pro Nails was just a little while after they opened. Since then they’ve settled into their space, and it feels like things have started to go down hill. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been here I’ve either been turned away (I didn’t have an appointment), made to wait 30 minutes (even though I had an appointment), or had my nails rushed so badly that they’re starting to chip just a couple of days later. They’ve also made me bleed on more than one occasion.
One of my girl friends really likes one of the ladies here (Lena) so I’ll go back when I’m with her, but if I’m on my own I’d much rather go down the street to Exotic Nails (Wilmington). At least there they won’t turn me away or rush me out the door!

Got an «end of summer» pedi here as I was in the area = bad call.
They took me right away, had a lot of colors to choose from, so we were off to a good start… then the pedi began. This woman was so rough in handling my poor piggies and slicing away whatever cuticles I had left… (didn’t even look directly at my feet while filing/​snipping cuticles) then filed down to the super sensitive skin on my toes. At every moment of pain, I withdrew (if possible-​to avoid bloodshed) and I told her she’s being too rough with me. I didn’t know how else to convey to her that I was in pain (other than my verbal and physical attempts). At one point she and her male colleague were laughing at my expense (re my pained expression). She then told me my skin is too thin, and that is why I was in pain. I told her, OR it could be that you are being violent with me. (No response).
After she knew I was unhappy (and suffering silently) she made attempts at small talk which just made it that much more uncomfortable. The pedi looks fine, but at what expense? I never choose to withhold gratuity, but I did that day. Treaments like this are supposed to be relaxing and a treat — not stressful and anxiety inducing.
I’d rather go through major surgery again than return to this hellhole.

I went once for a gel manicure — I was ignored with my nails in harsh solution for 25 minutes, and the manicure only lasted for 6 days. Then I went back another time for just a regular manicure — that lasted 48 hours. I started doing my nails myself, which lasts over a week.

There are few places where my manicures last forever. so I am raving about this place. I don’t know what they do or if the other places are using cheaper nail polish. Honestly, my manicures can last for about 2 – 3 weeks at this place versus a week elsewhere.
The only problem with this place is that only three people work here and they aren’t really good with accomodating people after work. You can wait for a while to get somebody to take care of you.
I would recommend either the girls. they are great. The guy is so so. They also offer the Shellac manicure if you’re interested in that.

I just went to Pro Nails & Spa during my lunch break for a manicure and loved the job they did. They were really nice, and actually made a conversation with you rather than talking to each other in another language. I’m definitely going back there again.
They also have a deal right now because they just opened 20% off. Not sure how long that will last, but it’s a great deal.
