I’ve only used this shop for an oil change so far. but I’m impressed with the mechanic. he’s from Germany. specializes in VW and Audi… when my friends Eos was on the lift he showed things to watch for on this VW model… explained everything… shop is meticulously clean.

I came to Ian at Precise Auto in a pinch because my regular mechanic was on vacation. Now, Ian is my regular mechanic — he’s fast, professional, very affordable and great to work with.
