I used to eat here every Friday but after bringing it to there attention that I wanted fresh fries not preheated fries when placing my order by phone, I still received burned fries. Plus, the girl that takes the orders needs some serious customer care training, she’s extremely rude & sharp. Either way I don’t care as I won’t be coming back.

This is my go to place for all things pizza/wraps/calzones. You wouldn’t think it from looking at the outside, but this place is just spot on with their food and the prices are extremely competitive. Portion sizes are great, you never feel hungry after. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend.

Nice local place that we frequent for take out. Fries are good(kids like the curly fries) bone in wings are hot, crunchy and have a good sauce. Buffalo chicken pizza is very good, personal favorite is the chicken broccoli pizza, Was very suprised to see bad comments about the woman who takes the orders, she knows her stuff, gets the order right and keeps things moving along. The backbone to the madness when it’s busy. I’ve seen her control phone orders along with the lines waiting to order or pick up. No problems parking and food is always ready.

Ok, I use to love and trust this place but not anymore. This is the 2nd time they sent me a salad that was rotten. A bunch of the lettuce is brown and slimy. Like wtf… The first time I called they replaced the salad but I don’t trust this place anymore. Why would I want to get something else from here? I’ll never been ordering from this place again.

Petes Roast Beef has been a constant contender in the lunch scene at my work. Pete’s definitely has an advantage when it comes to their food. It’s delicious and fresh. They have quick delivery and the people that deliver couldn’t be any more pleasant or friendly. But I couldn’t possibly give them more than two stars because every time I call I am met with the rudest possible person that could work in any sort of customer service position. She consistently makes you feel like you are bothering her because you want to order there. The past couple times my co workers and I have ended the call and said we won’t order there because it’s not worth dealing with her. I recently ordered a chicken kabob salad and her response was«what do you mean?» I mean I want the chicken kabob salad that’s listed on your menu. I just want to order lunch and not be dealing with someone’s attitude. Sorry Pete’s — your foods good but not worth the aggravation.

We consistently order from Petes for work and never have had a bad experience. The delivery times are quick and the food comes hot. The calzones are the best thing on the menu.

Ughhhh I hate giving bad reviews. Petes has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. They ofered to make it right the first couple times. This last time I ordered a chicken souvlaki with no onions. I got no onions, no tomatoes, no feta… just chicken and lettuce on bread. When I called the delivery guy argued that he repeated the order, which he did and I repeated it back to him 3 times and it still got here wrong. Rather than make it right they offered to deliver me some tomatoes and feta cheese… so that I can assemble my own room temperature sandwich. Thanks but no thanks. I gave them one star because the chef is really good even if his delivery guy isnt.

Petes definitely has the best pizza around this area if you like nice think crust, cheesy, and generous on the toppings. They’re prices are also unbeatable for the area(I’ve tried 6 different places in the winchester/woburn area, and they’re the best.) I get petes once a week… I swear by the pizza and steak bombs… DELICIOUS! Thanks Pete =)

With the emergence of these chain wannabe sandwich shops in the area(yes I’m talking to you PotBelly sandwich) it is nice to see these local shops still doing it right at an affordable price. Though the service is hit or miss the food is always good. Thank you Petey’s

The food is good but the service is a completely different story. I always call my order in before pick up or for delivery and every time get the same girl with a serious attitude problem, who huffs and puffs through the whole conversation, especially if you ask a question about a menu item. Having to deal with Renatta’s horrible customer service makes me not want to order from there in the future.

Let’s talk about Pete’s meat! I have a hard time passing by this place — awesome roast beef sandwiches always on a freshly toasted bun, love them. I also like his thin, really thin crust pizza, nice treat for the ride home.

Despite residing in TPRoC I tend to be in the Woburn/Burlington area a lot on my day off. As my «go to» beef joints keep closing(Roast Beef Round Up, Woburn Liberty Bell) I came across this semi-hidden joint. Like always with anyplace with the words«roast beef» I get a large beef sauce, cheese, mayo. Pete’s version was top notch. Rare and tender. No frills, easy to drive by but solid beef. My kind of joint

Ok this place is as so cheap. I ordered a junior pastrami sandwhich and a vitamin water for $ 5.70 that with tax included! The staff is very friendly and put napkins in the to go bag, i hate when most places dont give napkins. The problem is that the pastrami was roast beef the so they made me the wrong sandwhich(I put a pic of it up). It was tasty though with the bun lightly toasted on the gill with butter. I will definetly return at that price, good service, good food.

My buddy lives by this place, love’s the Pete’s Special Calzone, visits it 2−3x a week, and swears by it. Pete’s Special Calzone: Roast beef, cheese, and bbq sauce. Whoever thought of this combination is awesome. The dough was very tasty and baked to a crispy on the outside, tender in the middle perfection. Steak and Cheese Calzone: Sounds simple, but damn this is good. Very good with or without marinara. I enjoyed this slightly more than Pete’s Special. The calzone’s are huge at around 7 $ for a small and $ 13.50 for a large. Large will feed 2 big appetites. Food: A Service: A Menu has variety 4⁄5 for me. +1 star for my buddy. Give Pete’s a try. They deserve at least that.

Delicious!!! The greek salad has got to be the best one I’ve ever gotten. Everything I’ve tried there has been great. The girls and I at work always order here, and they show up probably 10 minutes after we’ve ordered. Great prices, great food!

We drove by this little shop while on the way to visit friends in the area, and decided to give it a try. The inside is small but has several tables, and the gentleman who took our order was very nice. I tried their steak sub, and it was very good. The meat was well seasoned and tender. My bf tried the steak tip and said it was very good as well. The prices were normal for a local sub shop, and the service was very fast. They were not as busy as I would have expected on a Saturday night, but while we sat and ate a few orders were picked up. Very quiet place, a good find on our way through town.

I am dying for good delivery pizza in this town… but Pete’s was not it. The cheese is some strange oily amalgam of something that is not mozzarella. The bottom of the box was soaked in oil… and the whole thing congealed after ten minutes. On the flip side, the chicken souvlaki that I ordered was delicious, although the rice pilaf tasted like plastic. The best part of the whole experience? The delivery guy who apologized for being late even though he was ten minutes early.

The roast beef sandwich is just one of the things to get at Pete’s Roast Beef. Another is the roast beef calzone: roast beef, cheese and sauce baked into a calzone pocket. They also do a steak and cheese calzone here which I would recommend over the steak and cheese sub. The sub sandwich bread that they use at Pete’s is not your typical french roll, but a fancier roll that does not soak up the sauciness of a steak sub very well. The steak will fall out and the bread won’t keep it’s shape. You’ll have a big mess left on your plate. Couple this with the fact that they don’t have napkin or utensil dispensers on the tables and you’ll end up looking like a slob if you’re not careful. Try the pizza. I like Pete’s pizza dough. I think the dough is also used for their calzones and their side rolls. If you like Bertucci bread, give Pete’s dinner rolls a try. You’ll like them. If they sold the raw dough separately, I might buy it to make pizza at home. But why bother if Pete’s is right there, plus they deliver.
