Meet the Business Owner

Marc L.

Business Owner

Chef Marc Levine began his career in 2000 in San Diego, California. There he was the executive sous chef of Olé Madrid, a Spanish Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of downtown San Diego. In 2004 Marc returned to Boston to attend the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts Professional Chef Program. At culinary school Marc gained an invaluable taste for flavor and a strong foundation of cooking techniques.

After his graduation, Marc was hired as kitchen manager for the New England Soup factory in Brookline, MA. He currently has over 11 years experience working in the food industry and is ServSafe certified.

Marc truly knows what it means to eat well. «Living in Boston has given me access to many diverse cuisines. Such exposure has opened my eyes to the beauty of using fresh ingredients, fragrant herbs and unique flavors.»
