Established in 2005.
Born in Italy, at the age of twelve he and his family moved to Boston’s famed North End. e attended Newbury College of Culinary Arts for a year, then completed his bachelors degree in English from the University of Massachusetts. He played professional basketball in Italy, assisted several master chefs in a few of Boston’s finest restaurants. Joe found himself drawn to the kitchen at an early age. His earliest inspirations came from his mother and grandmother. His appreciation for ingredient quality was mentored by his grandfather, owner of a North End butcher shop for the past fifty years. Travels throughout Italy and the Far East provided additional inspiration, and much of his cooking today reflects the flavorful, healthy cuisine he discovered along his travels. He launched his personal/private chef service in November of 2005 and has been servicing private parties and preparing home delivered meals in the Boston area ever since.
