Laser Craze

Laser tag was fun although they closed without warning and caused me to lose a total of $ 0.50 which is outrageous. I am very upset.

We took our youth group here for a Friday night hangout!!! And it was pretty fun! There’s an arcade with some pretty fun games in the front so you can play while you’re waiting or to just chill. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wanna especially give a shout out to Megan at the prize counter for being so friendly! She made sure we had a great time and went out of her way to show kindness! Hope she gets employee of the month award! Such an angel!

Came here for my boyfriend’s 28^th birthday. We had a group of around 20 and it worked out perfectly. We loved how big the arena was and the game format. Could have done with less explanation though. I felt like there should be a shortened explanation for adults or repeat players. Some of that time could have been used to lengthen game times.
Downsides: water fountain didn’t work and the arena was a bit warmer than it should have been so a lot of us were too hot while playing.
In whole though a really good experience. Many were saying it was the best arena they’ve played in a long time. Will probably be back!

I’ve got to believe there’s a lot of parents in the area who will give Laser Craze 5 stars just because their kids will sleep soundly that evening. I came here with a number of friends for a birthday event, though I didn’t actually do the laser battle — I had toddler-​watch duty. That really isn’t bad, because there’s so much for them to do. Though it is a little chaotic, with all the parents, and all the kids running around, and all the kids’ shoes on the floor so that they can run and jump and climb.
My friends who did laser battle had descriptions like «exhilirating» and «the fastest 20 minutes of my life!» That 20 minutes is actually divided into four 5-​minute sessions. Your team assignment is at random, so not everyone will be on the same team. But that’s just as much fun. Those of us outside can watch the individual and team and leader scores on one of the TVs as each match progresses.
I’m not sure how easily you earn tickets, but I did watch one kid on the «Deal or No Deal» machine end up with the 200-​ticket briefcase (best possible), opt to take the «Mega Spin» instead, and he wound up winning 2000 tickets. Tickets can be redeemed for anything from candy to decent-​sized games.
There are tables for dining near the snack bar, and a larger area for parties. The facilities, including the rest rooms, are well maintained. I give the employees a lot of credit — they work as hard as the kids play, and I think they’re just as tired as the kids when they get home at night.

We arrived after midnight, somewhere near 1am as part of Project Graduation and stayed for a few hours. We were served to pizza and soda. All of us had our hand in the arcade and at laser tag! I ended up winning a glow lamp with all of my tickets. Had more fun then I do at Chuck E. Cheese’s!
The staff was very friendly especially with dealing with rowdy teens so late at night.

We just got back from Laser Craze today 1÷23÷16 and it was decent. This location is conveniently located right off of 93 North and the parking lot has plenty of parking. The price for adults was $ 15/​person which is not bad at all.
When you walk in, there are coat hooks to your immediate right. I left my phone and wallet in the car because I didn’t know who would be going into my pockets. I also took my car keys with me into the laser tag matches. Just being overly cautious. I wouldn’t leave anything valuable at the coat hooks.
Our match was scheduled for 6:15PM but it ran a little late. Not a big deal. It was my partner, his friend, and I and we were disappointed to be placed with a children’s birthday party. It was us, a group of three in our early to late twenties, and approximately 20 children around the age of ten. I was disappointed because I had called and made a reservation and they had not mentioned that we would be grouped with a bunch of children. When I went to ask if there was a later match we could join, they said that the whole day was children’s birthday parties and we would have to wait until 8:15PM for a better match. We couldn’t wait the 2 hours. I wish that when I called and made a reservation they had told me that the odds were we would be playing with a bunch of kids. Even worse– all of them were coughing and sneezing.
The game itself is fun. You are divided into teams– the red team and the blue team and you run around in a foggy room and shoot each other. There is a computer screen that keeps track of your individual and team scores and there are a bunch of places to hide. A couple of our vests were not working so we didn’t get to see our final scores on the board, That kind of sucked. The referees walk around making sure everyone is following the rules which is great.
You play four 5-​minute matches but you are sweating when you are done! They also provide free water which is great. There are also arcade games but they are on the expensive side. Air hockey costs 4 tokens and skeeball costs 2. Deal or No Deal costs 4 to 8 tokens.
My advice– call ahead to make a reservation and ASK if you are going to be playing with young children. You won’t know until you get there and I wouldn’t have gone if I had known.

We had our 2^nd trip to this place today and while it is super fun, I would caution you if you are going with younger kids. My 8 year old told an older kid he was breaking the rules by laying down and shooting sniper style (it was posted no laying down) and the little tweener brat responded by getting his group of older kids to encircle and terrorize him until I heard the screaming and stopped it. There are referees walking around but they were sort of grouped together on the other side of the arena and it took too long for them to realize there was an issue.
Management was very responsive once they realized there was an issue offering a refund or extra tokens and making an announcement about proper conduct but the damage was already done.
By the way, if you are the female, adult, parent who called my screaming, autistic child a weirdo, instead of intervening or trying to help, after what I assumed were your older boys, terrorizing him, I desperately hope Karma is real.

SOOO FUN! The laser tag is really fun with powerups to make the game even more fun, the arcade zone is packed with new and fun games, and the food is delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you can.

Had my grandson’s birthday party here. Kids had a great time. Staff were friendly and so helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

I had a great time. The pizza was cold but once i told the young man behind the counter he replaced it with hot and good tasting pizza. The laser tag is great. I will definitely go again.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the games are all awesome! I’ve had birthdays here no problems and everyone always has a blast! Their Friday night special games are absolutely fantastic! Honestly the best place to take the kids on a rainy day, and for teens the best way to spend a Friday night! The pizza is good and the arcade games and prizes are spectacular!!!

We went on a corporate event with about 16 people, and everyone had a surprisingly good time playing laser tag.
Extra points for the free cold water (all came out sweating) and the staff.
They even emailed me my much needed receipt the day after.

Came here on a Saturday for something to do with the kids (8 and 11). I had no idea how much fun I was going to have playing laser tag. It was a blast. We got lumped in with a birthday party so there was a lot of us on the floor. Such fun. I also really appreciate that they are really into safety and enforce the rules so people don’t collide into each other. After lazer tag we all played in the arcade. It is nice that they give you bonus tokens if you spend $ 20. Also, when the kids went to cash in their tickets at the end of the day the ticket counter guy rounded up to the nearest 10 and on top of that gave the kids an extra an airhead each. I appreciate that the kids feel like they really won big by the time they left. It was a really surprisingly great day for the whole family.

I’ve been to Lazer Craze several times.4 kids birthday parties and it’s always been a blast. The team there are. always polite, helpful and always with a smile. They have something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

A great place to go, young or old. The laser tag is a blast! The kids will enjoy the inflatables and the arcade. You definitely get more for your tickets at the prize counter AND they have more than one person helping the kids claim their prizes! Staff are polite and super friendly. They have a snack stand and the pizza is great! I would highly recommend this place.

Laser Craze is a fine establishment, but I just don’t think I understand the allure of laser tag. The kids had a blast and the staff were super flexible when we missed our original start time, but there was a lot of waiting around and the rules sounded super confusing. Also, they don’t let the kids run or climb in the laser tag area, which I get is for safety, but… everything is padded and it seems like a dull game when you’re just walking around trying to shoot others with lasers.
Again, the kids loved it, and it seemed clean and easy to schedule a time slot, but I don’t see the fun for adults.

I bring a group of teenagers with special needs to the arcade at Laser Craze pretty regularly on Saturday nights. They are always very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The manager (who’s name I’m embarrassed I can’t remember) is Great. He always has a big smile and hello for the kids. The teenagers who work there are also surprisingly nice. Everyone is super nice to the kids, not just ours, but all the kids. They always bump up the number of tickets earned for prizes. And never hesitate to honor silly kid requests. It’s clean, big, and they rearrange the games periodically to keep it interesting. I can’t attest to the laser tag, or birthday party area because I’ve never done it, but there’s always a crowd.

Not really impressed. Expensive. Limited menu. Host/​hostess did not win the personality of the world contest. A child in our birthday party spilled a drink and we cleaned up. No offer to help… nothing. We will not be back for a while if ever.
Upside, it was clean for the chaos. The food that they did serve was edible. Watched a male employee try to pick up a female employee so there was entertainment value.

Attended a birthday party here and boy did they have fun! Those who have read my reviews about kid’s parties always center around the same… was it clean and sanitary (yes), were the staff attentive (yes), was a safe and controlled environment found (yes), did the kids have a good time (yes), did the parents (yes)! Ample parking, easy to find, standard food, good game room… all the makings of a fun birthday party place!

Outrageously fun!
A little tough to locate at first, yet just like the G-​spot, when you finally find it, be prepared for non-​stop thrills.
(Yes, I realize it’ll be mostly parents reading this review, and perhaps the anatomical reference will seem a little excessive, but honestly — you got to be parents somehow, right? Let’s party.)
A small arcade with mostly ticket-​bearing games offers a little sumpin sumpin to an otherwise light-​amplified destination, so let’s skip the fact that they charge 50c to play SkeeBall (Funspot does it for a quarter!) and look to the laser arena. Because, honestly, that’s where you should be spending your time.
$ 11 buys your way in, and after an easy-​breezy briefing, you’re strapped with the latest in laser tag tech for 25 minutes of high tension, black light battledoming. Two teams, two tiers of terrain and two surprise modes hit your packs randomly (Invisible shuts your pack lights down, and rapid fire triple your shooting rate — each lasting thirty seconds). The game itself is loads of fun, and I like the «finite lives» dynamic better than LazerQuest’s «shut down after being shot» structure.
We went as a group and the kids were few and far between on a Thursday night, making it a fun and unique alternative to Edward Fortyhands ’round Faneuil. Priced right, sterilized by fumigation on the nightly and the bonus of having a Sea Dog Brew Pub nearby gives Laser Craze the Parker Bros seal of approval — fun for ages 8 – 88.
