I have tried, and worked with Kaspersky for several years and every time I renew it is a big pain in the a**. Problems with either the order number, activation code, corrupted serial numbers. who has the time? The chat feature is exceptionally useless because there is no human being it’s an app! If you wrote a 5 star review you must work for them! After 3 years of trying I’m going back to Norton gang

Exceptional job by Customer Service… Mike J in Chat and Francisco P by email — helped me restore my Anti Virus program with clear, concise, complete instructions. Respected my knowledge and didn’t waste my time with irrelevant comments or suggestions. Following their instructions I removed other incompatible programs I’d installed(my bad!), ran disk cleanup, reinstalled, updated… everything worked precisely as stated. I’ve used Norton and McAfee in years past and thought them good enough at the time; but Kaspersky goes above and beyond. I’ve been their customer for many years now, and will continue as long as their products and representatives are as good as they are today.

I used Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac for a number of years, but an update to the software at the beginning of 2015 caused my Mac Pro to slow to a crawl. While checking my system to identify the slow down, I realized it was Kaspersky itself that was the problem. After uninstalling the software my Mac Pro returned to it’s normal speedy behavior. I contacted Kaspersky about the problem, told them I had removed the software and was no longer a customer. Fast forward six months and I receive an auto-renewal notice with the amount they are going to charge me. 18 emails and a long online chat session later, I think the problem has been resolved. Until just over one month later, when I receive another email notifying me that my software subscription has expired, and I need to pay them or the software would not protect my computer. Of course since I had uninstalled the software it was already not protecting my computer. So I filed complaints with the FTC and BBB. Kaspersky eventually posted a message to the BBB complaint that they were removing my email address from their contact lists, at which time the BBB(which is NOT a consumer support organization) closed my complaint. And less than a week later, Kaspersky again sent me an email. Kaspersky is not a company that can be trusted.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First they charged me twice for the same product and then they failed to solve my technical issues several times, even the final solution was actually quite obvious and I probably could have figured it out without them. I feel robbed of time and money.

Kaspersky internet security products work but installing them is a task and the serial numbers get corrupted. I am logged in to the system to view my licenses and it says that my license is unused and I am paying for 5 devices. Then I click on the«my devices» tab on the page and it shows me an add on how to buy it again. Hello, I have 5 licenses, I do not want to only buy them, I want to install them. Buy the longest subscription that you can, you will thank me because activating this is a bitch. When it expires you will know it. The software pretty much renders the computer useless, every few keystrokes a pop up will hijack your screen to remind you to renew. Do not bother using the chat feature, it is not a person that you are chatting with. It is a software app that they call Sasha. Maybe they are using a female name so it appears more friendly? I am not sure but I want to kick her ass right now. Sheesh.

I have NEVER had such poor customer service in my life– I bought 2 years of service(after my service expired) — for over 2 hours I tried to get help helping to install the new virus protection– not only was I hung up on, but told«we don’t walk people through on how to install. Tried again the next day– got so tired of being transferred around, and put on hold, with NOHELP, that I cancelled my two year subscription. If there was lower than one star– they would get it!!!
