Photos are great and prices are the same as all the other locations in the area. However, the staff was extremely rude. Will go somewhere else next time.

We were very excited to have a family photo here today, unfortunately our experience was not a good one at all. Carranna, I believe is the woman who took our photo and was incredibly rude and treated us like children. She rushed through the picture and screamed at us when we tried to ask a question or let her know the baby’s hat wasn’t on. I’ve never in my life have had such terrible customer service. There’s tons of old time photo places. Go to one of those instead. The staff was rude and my picture was terrible.

It’s fun for the family and the staff was nice and helpful. Definitely tourist trap pricing. $ 22 for a photo not even a cardboard frame but wait your a family of 5? That’s $ 30 + 4 for color plus more for a cardboard frame. Do any of these places think about repeat customers? I guess you make it while you can.

four of us went on a saturday afternoon. there were several other groups taking photos — dating couples, young families, a bachelorette party, and us. it was quite busy but the staff had an efficient way of going about it all. there are 6 eras to choose from for your picture. i.e. western, victorian, roaring 20’s. they pick out outfits for you and take 5 photos. you take the sd card from the photographer to the front of the store where you get to view+choose your photos and finish if you are satisfied. first 5×7 photo is around $ 22 and the rest of the 5×7’s are half off. we did a group one and then 2 of us stayed in the same outfit and took a couple more pictures which we were able to buy at half price as well. if you change outfits however then the price starts at $ 22 again. they also have photo packages — posters, key chains, and different picture sizes. 3 stars because I feel like the price of the picture is a bit much especially the first one for $ 22 however it is a tourist destination. also I think because it was towards closing time so the photographer was not as patient at times. bottom line — wonderful fun memories for the touristy price.

Photos were fine but service was unpleasant. Photographer was great but the girl that reviewed and printed the pictures, Nicole, was more interested in getting back to Facebook and looking at her nails than helping us. It was very uncomfortable and rude. She rushed us through the photo selections and rolled her eyes when we asked to go back and look at a previous image. There are so many other places in the dells to take old-time photos. I would recommend trying another instead of Vintage Photos. When you drop $ 80 on photos you should feel good about it.
