Specialties
The Black Cat Stitchery sells fabric, fibers, patterns, buttons, beads and other accessories for counted cross-stitch and counted canvas needlepoint patterns. We teach classes on how to stitch, and have regular stitching groups that meet at the store. We have a master framer and an excellent finisher who do work for our customers on their finished stitching. We also have an annual retreat at the Illinois Beach Resort.
History
Established in 2012.
The Black Cat Stitchery was founded in May of 2012 by partners and dear friends Erica Heyl and Paula Harris. Reception among stitchers has been fantastic and grows all the time. We launched our website in July of 2013 and now ship internationally.
