Really enjoyed my skinny margarita on the patio after a day of skiing! I didn’t eat here, but the food looked good and service was fast for the large acres ski crowd! I know I will be back! Jenna, the patio server worked hard to make things great for everyone! Ok, so I had 2 skinny margaritas with fresh lime juice!

I have to say, wait staff wasn’t so great. Looked like they rolled outve bed to come to work, drinking and eating food everytime they could. Honestly seemed stoned. it is Colorado. My server brought me a lime for my beer, in between his fingers, a slice of lime. Ew. BUT I have to say, my food was INCREDIBLE. Looked great, tasted great, pricing was ok for location. You HAVE to get the corn tamales(out of this world) and I also got the chicken tacos with rice and beans. Yum.

It was fine — nothing special. Hard to get a table after the ski day comes to a close but that’s the way it goes. I liked the Rocky Mountain lemonade better than I have at other places. It was good, not amazing. The server wasn’t great but she was admittedly slammed with tables and the place appeared to be understaffed. I thought the kids quesadilla was bizarrely small with the side of beans awkwardly large. It was fine for our 2yo but pretty sure my 5yo would have left hungry had we ordered from the kids menu for her. It was overpriced average resort food but I didn’t really expect any different.

I felt bad when I slammed Lime’s neighbor, Doc’s Roadhouse, this week(even though they deserved it), but happy to be able to report that Lime redeemed Winter Park’s base village dining options. We had a very casual, yet tasty meal at Lime this past Thursday evening after a bitter cold day of skiing. The margaritas were perfect and all of our entrees were exactly what we expected. The staff is low-key but friendly and service was quick and efficient. Lime features an extensive selection of Mexican food that certainly hits the spot after a day on the slopes. We’ll be back.

We had a group of 7 and had a great meal and time. We are from San Diego and usually get disappointed with Mexican food elsewhere, but this place is spot on! Jason our server was really good.

Hello, I would like to pass a message to the GM and/or owner of the Denver location regarding an experience I just had at the Winter Park Lime location. 4 friends and I are visiting Winter Park from Denver and visited Lime for drinks and dinner. As we were being sat at a table(21⁄1) in Jenna Rae’s section, we asked if there was any seating available upstairs. Annoyed, Jenna bluntly responded with a short, «yeah, the dish room is upstairs.» She then proceeded to walk off, no making eye contact with anyone in our party. When she returned to the table she wiped it down and asked if we wanted water. Everything seemed to be fine in terms of her attitude from this point until we received the bill. Jenna automatically added a 20% gratuity to our tab(party of 5). As this is an abnormal occurrence for anyone in the service industry to default to(and we needed to split the bill between cards and cash), we asked Jenna to charge specific amounts on the credit cards. She returned with receipts that itemized an amount less than what we requested with the remainder totaling her self-designated gratuity. When we asked her to help us understand why gratuity was automatically added, she responded with attitude saying, «I can add as much gratuity to any party I want to. I can add 20% gratuity to a party of 2 if I want to.» This is absolutely not the response we would have expected from an associate in a position of customer service. This response from Jenna led us to ask another associate for the manager on duty. His response to us was, «there is no manager, we manage ourselves. I’m a manager and Jenna is a manager.» When we insisted on speaking to the manager on duty, he indicated he would go get him and have him come to our table. When the said manager arrived to our table he did not introduce himself but he said«that any server can automatically add gratuity to any sized party they want to, as stated on the menu. Denver ownership made that rule and we abide by it. It’s stated on our menu.»… After a back and forth dialogue, we requested all of our credit card bills be cancelled. Throughout this discussion, we noticed Jenna come to our table(as we were speaking to the manager), and begin to interrupt the discussion in an aggressive manner. Our cards were cancelled and we paid the bill with cash. As you can imagine, Jenna did not receive a 20% tip. As we were getting ready to leave, we heard Jenna loudly talking to the customers at the table next to us discussing the situation… extremely unprofessional. As we walked out, Jenna stood in the middle of the narrow walkway and said with a smirk, «have a great night.» We are appalled. We frequent the Denver location and expected so much more out of our experience in Winter Park. My question for ownership is: is this how you want your company to be represented? We will never visit this location again, and ensure everyone we know is aware of our experience. Yes, it was that bad. 2⁄20056

Being from Texas I have had all kinds of Mexican food and am usually disappointed with Mexican food in Colorado. Here the food is amazing. The portions are large and fairly priced. The staff is attentive and even when busy are quick to get you what you want. The happy hour is the best in town. All around great place for dinner or drinks. Chips and queso or guacamole is a must.

This is place is great if you just want to grab a drink or a snack after getting down from the mountain. The food is average and margaritas are awesome for happy hour. The service is always terrible. The bartender/manager Craig is always rude and just not personable. He just acts like he is doing some big favor by him making you a drink. I wish this place was all around better because its a great location.

We ate here when Lime first opened and I could not find one thing good to say about the place from the food to the service. They have come a long way on the service as it was very good. The food was good too… I liked the guacamole and the enchiladas were tasty! The margaritas are still struggling(at best) as the mix is the same as when they started… not a drink I would recommend.

3pm-6pm Happy Hour. need I say more? The margaritas were strong(could have just been that particular bartender?) and the chips and salsa had a bit of spiciness which was much appreciated!

Great location right next to the slopes to unwind and grab some dangerously tasty margaritas and some delicious apps. We were short on time so we only had the nachos and the chili cheese fries, smaller portions but were compensated by absolute booming flavor! The service was quick and our server Ali May was a sweet heart and was super accommodating. Short and sweet experience but everything was on point and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m ripping the winter park ski slopes!

In the summer, Lime is the go to spot for the locals and the downhill mountain bike crew. It’s not unusual to run into the pros and top ranked collegiate riders. Lime has excellent frozen margaritas and craft brew on tap. Fun patio and flat screens.

Don’t spend a dime at lime! Extremely rude staff, terrible service, especially Craig at the bar. This dude is incompetent and he shouldn’t be working for anyone, anywhere. Poor service, lack of attention, argumentative, and seemingly annoyed that they actually have to work while at work. This is a resort town, so service is essential to business. We come up here often, we’ll never eat here, nor ever spend a dime at Lime, not in Winter Park and definitely not in Denver or anywhere else on Earth. This place just left a bad taste in the mouth all around. We were going to try it for the first time, we ended up requesting our money back and left. We went to another restaurant in the Winter Park Village and had great service. I’d recommend going any where in the Village but Lime. I wish we would have read the reviews before trying it out. We would have dodged a bullet and saved some time. The comments by others on Craig are spot on.

As a regular at the Lime here in downtown Denver located in the Pavilions I was thrilled to see this Lime location up in Winter Park! Was till I had terrible service. sad. On the plus side-Food quality was quite fair. After waiting 25 mins for a «table» we were offered a seat at the secondary bar rail for a party of 3(Two adults with a 5 year old girl) Being hungry and thirsty we agreed to sit in the bar with our child in hopes to get quick service. NOPE 10 minutes later, and after watching numerous employees pass us by only to take on-shift drinks(YESDRINKINGALCOHOLONTHEJOB)– I approached the hostess who«seated» us to inquire if we actually had a server. she informed me that all the bar area was the responsibility of the bartenders. Well they had a full bar– but seemed more interested in pouring Jameson Whiskey shots for the«servers» who were drinking(not working) with them this past Saturday afternoon. I ordered our food through the hostess. Food arrived– and as I mentioned was very fair. So– maybe the kitchen staff wasn’t getting the«perks of the job» the front of the house staff was enjoying in clear sight of customers. $ 50 later we were no longer hungry or thirsty.(I did order one Happy Hour Margarita — which did contain some tequila– however a world away from the honest quality I regularly enjoy every Tuesday night at the Downtown Denver location) Maybe things run differently up in the mountain towns? Maybe not. Will I return to Lime the next time I am in Winter Park? Magic 8 Ball says = Probably not

Food was decent but I think we had the worst server there. It took over 15 minutes for our server to even come to our table and we got our food about 20 minutes after tables that were seated after us

I went to Lime twice for happy hour. It was crowded and festive. The wait staff doesn’t really engage with you. They seem to be on auto pilot. The Happy Hour deal is great if you want margs or a draft($ 3-$ 4 from 3−6pm). The cocktail menu was solid and what was impressive was their tequila menu. Unfortunately when we asked our waiter some questions about the various tequilas he said he really didn’t know anything about them nor did he offer up someone who did. I’d go back for the happy hour and to try some tacos. We had the shrimp poppers and the wings and they were fine.

This place is great. The carnitas and guacamole are made fresh everyday, and being from San Diego they rank at least #2 of best taco places I have been too If you just want a relaxing night watching sports this is the place to go. The bartenders and waiters are awesome. Definitely go here if you stay in Winterpark, you won’t be dissapointed!
