I’v been In the restaurant business for 10 years now since i was 14. My parents have there own restaurant in Grand lake CO. This is a branch off of the original restaurant in grand lake. Really excited about all the new friendly faces and new location.

Excellent value for fresh, authentic Mexican. We shared: breakfast burrito, grilled fish taco, carnitas plate, and a steak taco. The kids had a burger and a bean/​cheese burrito. The favorites were the fish taco and the carnitas plate, which was garnished with fresh green chile. Lots of flavor and exceptional prices. We’ll be back!

Stopped by El Pacifico while visiting Winter Park since I head their breakfast burritos were amazing. El Pacifico is all run by the same family. The mom was right there behind the counter making all the food from scratch while her sons took the orders and helped costumes. The food was amazing and also a great price for what you get. Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Strongly recommend!

OH my goodness… this food is off the hook amazing!
My best friend and I who met while studying abroad in Mexico have a tender spot for authentic Mexican food… we were on our way out of town after spoiling ourselves rotten at Devils Thumb Resort and decided to stop by this hole in the wall on the recommendation of one of the valets at the resort.
It was EPIC.
Do NOT miss this amazing wonder of authentic food. I am drooling from my computer back in CA just remembering how great it was.
It is family owned and run and the vibe is happy and proud to serve.
I hope they are wildly successful and people drive from all over for some of this deliciousness!

Absolutely fantastic authentic Mexican food. This isn’t Colorado or TexMex; it’s the real thing. We are very fortunate to be able to enjoy the family and quaint service almost every weekend. If you’re on the go, they make it really easy to call in your order for take away. If you get chips and salsa, they fry them on the spot and serve a delicious mild green or fabulous spicy red salsa with the fresh chips. It’s a small building on the far side of Fraser; don’t pass it by.
