Inner Strength Pilates offers Pilates Apparatus Sessions, Barre, Egoscue Method Posture Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Yoga! We have beautiful FitWear by prana, lucy, and zobha! Our studio has 15 on staff with a combined 150 years of experience! We help everyone from the young to the young at heart!

If you’re in pain, we offer our Egoscue Method Therapy, the world leader in non-​medical pain relief! We are the only recommended Egoscue Certified Affiliate studio within 80 miles of Winston-​Salem!

We also host Polestar Pilates workshops.

History

Established in 2012.

Amy has been a Certified Personal Trainer in Winston-​Salem for more than 19 years, and has been a Pilates and Yoga Instructor for 14 years. She opened Your Yoga Studio in Sherwood Plaza in 2002, then founded Your Pilates Place in Club Haven Shopping Center in 2005. She has now opened Inner Strength Pilates with a dedicated, talented staff, many of whom have been teaching with her for several years at her previous studios!

Amy holds trainings and Certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Pilates for Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Injuries & Special Populations, Post-​Rehabilitative Populations, Pre & Post Natal Pilates, Reebok Cycle & Core Board, Nutrition & Wellness Consulting, Thai Yoga Therapy, TRX Training, Core Barre, and is also a 2^nd Level Postural Alignment Therapist with Egoscue University. Amy has completed the certification requirements of Egoscue University to be one of North Carolina’s only Recommended Affiliates. Amy is also a Graduate of the PoleStar Pilates Transition Program for Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructors and is a Certified member of the Pilates Method Alliance, the only certifying agency of Pilates Teachers worldwide.
