Beautiful property and apartments, but staff can be extremely obtuse. The day I moved in I had to deal with an employee that did not typically work at Crowne Oaks. This led to a number of inconveniences, the worst of which was the fact that I was never given a key card to the gym facilities. They charge $ 50 for a new card, and while I never received one in the first place, I now have to pay the 50 bucks for a «replacement.» I tried discussing this with the staff, and there answer, essentially was «tough shit.»
Was expecting a far more accommodating and tenant-​supportive attitude from a staff that claims to take a great deal of pride in their community and interest in the well-​being of tenants.
