The people here are very nice. However, there were some problems. One is that they worked with the newspaper to place the obituary and neglected to provide my dad’s middle initial. It was important to me and I did provide it to them as there are several with the same first and last name. No response to my inquiry as why it happened. Secondly, the wrong birth date was on the prayer cards. They had been provided the correct birth date, but they entered it wrong on the prayer cards. Kathy in the office said she would send me corrected ones. One month later and I have yet to receive the corrected ones. Next, the office is only divided from the chapel by glass french doors. During the service all phone calls and business being conducted in the office could be heard. I got to listen to complaints from some of the family since I was the funeral planner. I will probably use this company when my mom goes, but only due to convenience. I will be very careful to strongly reiterate that correct information be used so the errors with my dad’s service are not repeated.

The one star is not for the folks in their office, but for the crew in the field. This is the first instance that I’ve ever seen a single person crew to take away a loved one, and when
the guy took a running go at the back of the wagon to fold the legs on the gurney and my father’s body partially fell off, I’d seen enough to give this review.

Sad that i can review a funeral home but here it is… My dad passed away in 2013 and the undertaker suggested this place, as he wanted to be cremated. Once i spoke to them and they helped me make a few arrangements it went really easy. They are so sincere and really care about your feelings and overall well being. It is a beautiful, well maintained place that is so peaceful. They made payment arrangements and worked with me on it. They also helped with choosing the right urn based on what we needed.
If you have to choose a place, once a loved one has passed, this would be a great choice.
