We have used Da Vine twice — once with Denise and once with Dennis. Both times the service and attention to detail were excellent. We were comfortable, had good conversation, they took us where we wanted to go and provided outstanding recommendations for off-​the-​beaten path winerys. We picked out our picnic lunch and they found perfect spots for us to have a memorable lunch. Can’t say enough. Will use them every time we come to wine country.

We worked with Dennis as our tour guide. All I can say is that the experience was absolutely perfect.
He is a total gent, and was really good fun. Took us to some lovely small places. Took great care of us and made us feel completely at home.

There is very little that has not been said about the genuine care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail that Denise puts into every tour. Her professionalism and what I would classify as heartfelt compassion for her clients was immediately evident on my first call to inquire about a booking.
A little background about myself, when it comes to travel — I evaluate EVERY possible option. I literally had spreadsheets of the top 10 limo and Driver services, with pricing, pro/​cons and relevant notes. I called many of the top companies on Trip Advisor and Unilocal,most came across as impersonal or overly schedule/​hour oriented — not what I has envisioned for my marriage proposal trip to wine country.
I contacted Denise to discuss a private tour following my marriage proposal which was to take place at a winery in Dry Creek (Mounts Family Winery, Amazing!!). After spending 5 minutes on the initial phone call, I felt an immediate sense of calmness — as if there was nothing I had to worry about. She knew exactly the right questions to ask and gave great suggestions on winery stops, where she could make dinner reservations at, picture locations — her input was no less than perfect. I was so impressed, I opted to book her for an additional day as well — left it completely up to her on where to go, time, picnic, lunch — everything. That was a great decision.
As you can probably tell by now, both days of the tour went flawlessly. Denise took us to some hidden gems, amazingly beautiful wineries for pictures, handled dinner reservations and recommendations, picked up lunch for a vineyard picnic, slipped us a few complimentary tasting cards :) but most importantly she was our friend for those 2 days — great conversation when we were chatty in the car and very respecting of our privacy when we wanted to peer out the window and enjoy the serene sights of the Sonoma Valley.

We had been to Napa twice before but utilizing Denise made our third visit the most memorable ever. She completely planned our trip scheduling tastings at some of the most unique boutique wineries imaginable. Her experience and knowledge outweighs any Internet searching you can do. I am so happy I found Da Vine Wine Tours! After trying different methods of touring, I fell tired of the bus tours, limos and serving as the designated driver (for one of my favorite activities). Da Vine Wine Tours is the perfect combination of a knowledgeable and affordable tour service and intimacy of touring with friends/​family in the comfort of your own car. Denise serves as both the driver and winery tour guide, while letting you experience each winery at your own pace. She offers great suggestions for wineries, depending on your wine preference, and will even provide you with free tasting cards (when available).
Denise picked us up from Petaluma around 10am then took us to 5 – 6 Sonoma County wineries before dropping us off. She added wonderful personal touches by bringing water and a picnic basket (utensils, salt/​pepper, chocolate for pairing); she suggested a great local market where we picked up sandwiches before picnicking at a winery. Denise is personable, friendly, and, not to mention, a great driver; I felt comfortable and safe having her drive my new car!

Our trip to Sonoma/​Napa was greatly enhanced through Denise’s services and assistance. I can’t recommend her strongly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The process of putting her on our rental car was painless (she did all the work), and from there she helped us every step of the way — from planning where to go, estimating travel time, figuring out our lunch, taking pictures, etc. And the price she charges for her services is more than reasonable. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in touring wineries, but not interested in a DUI.
