Designer Glass and Mirror

Ed installed a mirror in our master bath a couple years ago and did a great job. Tried contacting him two times recently to have another mirror installed. Never received a call back. I know I called the correct # since it was his greeting that answered voice mail. If not interested in the work or if there’s some other reason he’s not interested, at least call back and let me know. Disappointing.

I recently had two bathrooms remodeled and for one of them, I wanted a frameless glass door for the shower. The contractor recommended Ed. He came over, made some measurements, and showed us some pictures on his ipad. He also recommended ShowerGuard, which protects the glass, and gave us a reasonable price. These glass doors tend to be pricey so I was prepared. It was a couple of weeks before the glass panel and door were ready, but Ed kept us informed.
The installation was quick and only took a couple hours. Ed and his assistant were courteous and cleaned up after they were done. The shower door looks great, it’s installed well, and I’m very happy with it. Plus he gave me the information necessary to get a rebate from ShowerGuard. He took the time to patiently answer questions I had and I might have asked things more than once because he mumbles a bit when he talks. Compared with some other (not good) interactions I had doing this bathroom remodel, this one was nice and easy, which was much appreciated.
