It didn’t win me over with it’s friendly-​enough counter staff, but the shuttle drivers were really nice. The guy at the booth before the exit was also really helpful and friendly. They had an excellent selection of cars. I had a brand new car that had very little mileage. It still had that awesome new car smell. I would recommend Avis again for sure.

I have been at better ones, very small with short inventory, but it meet your needs. The cars on the Avis Preferred Area are not the greatest, so I did have to change my car as it didn’t meet my needs or preferences. Actually, I don’t believe Avis ever get my preferences right, so I don’t get why to have a whole profile if they are never going to give you what you expect for. Luckily the lady was very nice and gave me another car that apparently was a miracle because according to her they had no other car available… really?

I love Avis! I am a bit spoiled by their service. I came in late one night when I came to visit my son at SUBASE. I took the shuttle in from the airport and was immediately greeted off the shuttle and my car was waiting with the door open just steps away. I was asked if I had any questions and then within minutes I was on the road.

The team here have their challenges. They are not executive friendly at all. Cars are iffy. Some clean, most dirty.
Management is good though so i can’t complain too much.

So far so good here. I usually end up with a Hyundai of some flavor when I rent from here, but the place is easy to find and they usually have a shuttle van waiting to bring me back to the airport.
