Fabulous! In a moment of epic grace I dropped my daughter’s double bass on the way to orchestra practice. When she got it home that night we discovered a huge crack up by the tuning pegs. Took it into Becker’s and they got it fixed perfectly, faster than we expected, and the repair was extremely reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

01÷02÷15 What a wonderful experience I had with the folks at Becker Fine Stringed Instruments. They were helpful and Professionals over the phone when I first called and when I visited in person. I bought a shoulder rest for a new violin I bought online for my niece birthday. They toned the violin and help me locate a violin teacher for my niece. In my way out they invited me to revisit if the violin ever needed any more toning or adjustment. Good people and great customer service. BIG up for me.
