Robert Y.

Business Owner

Robert has several years experience in management and sales. He is currently pursuing his degree in business. He also has extensive experience as a landlord and property manager. Robert holds many certifications and is uniquely qualified to handle water & mold damage situations.

Robert is a Maine licensed master pesticide applicator for mold & bacterial treatments, an EPA Certified Lead Safe Renovator, certified in applied microbial remediation (mold remediation), water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire & smoke damage & applied structural drying. Robert oversees all of the company operations and is a driving force in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Robert, Michelle, Darla, Kathy, Bob, Dave, Joe, Dale, Josh — thank you so much for the great job you did cleaning my attic after the mold, mothball and squirrel problem. I had a new roof put on in March of this year, but the old roof had been leaking for a long time so there was mold. At the same time I had a terrible problem with squirrels in my attic and tried to solve the problem with a massive amount of mothballs, which (obviously) made my whole house smell AWFUL. It was a very difficult job to remove all the insulation because part of the roof was on a slant and the insulation was stapled down inside proper vents, but (after Joe and Dale’s heroic struggle) they were able to get all the insulation out. They removed the fiberglass insulation/​mold/​mothballs/​rodent leftovers (yuck), cleaned, vacuumed, and sterilized the attic with hydroxyl gas which basically eats all the bad bacteria and anywhere in the house where there was a mold problem and cleaned everything up after they left. They were all VERY VERY nice while doing their job. Now my house smells nice again — no more mothball smell and I am so grateful for this. GREAT JOB! Thank you so much and wishing you much success in the future. I will be calling you when I am ready to have my air duct vents cleaned. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My husband and I were selling our house and had to get mold treated in the attic. They were very nice and everything went well. The only thing I was very disappointed about was the condition the house was left in. There was trash left on the floor, used hand towels left on the bathtub, someone had used the restroom and didn’t flush the toilet, and the attic was not closed up. For the price we paid I expected things to be left differently. Other than that everything was good.
