History

Established in 2013.

I started in the chimney repair field at the age of 12 working along side my father with his very successful chimney repair company. I attended SMTC in 2003 and studied the Masonry construction program. After attending SMTC I went on to work for some of the finniest masons in the state and learned the fine art of stone fitting from true artist. With all this experience I struck out on my own in early 2013 and started Pennell’s Masonry.

Business Owner

Timothy started in the masonry at the age of 12 working along side his father. After working and graduating Sanford high school Timothy studied masonry construction at SMTC in South Portland, Maine. In 2003 Tim started working his way as a mason tender and learning the trade from many other highly trained and qualified masons. Over the years Tim has learned a great deal from the many masons he worked under. Details and quality are always very important in repair and restoration. After 18 years of masonry experience Timothy started Pennell’s Masonry.
