Aussie Pet Mobile Windermere

I’ve had great experiences with Aussie Mobile Pet grooming. My large, lazy male cat has decided that he’s done grooming himself and I’ve had the mobile unit come out on several occasions to de-​knot and de-​shed him, since he won’t let me do it. They’ve always been punctual and courteous. It saves me a lot of time and energy by not having to pack up my cat and sit in a groomers! I’d recommend them!

I used them for a year and honestly it started out great but every time after the initial grooming it was something minor. In the end it’s your puppy so you just let it go. On 6÷6÷15 my dog got his cut. I got the call asking if they could come earlier and I had no problem with it. I addressed previous concerns about how one ear was cut shorter than the other last time and I said the same puppy cut as the last time shaving only the belly. I come out and she shaved the belly up to the armpits and it was horrible. I said only the belly and the response was well it’s the bottom no ones going to see that. The ears were also uneven again. She seemed in a rush (maybe because it was Saturday) who knows. I didn’t want to call the company because I still said to myself people have bad days. Two days went by and I called the number I call and Cheryl answers. I complain nicely about what happened and she even asks for pictures. She tells me that she will talk to the owner and I will get a call back 6÷16÷15 I text again stating that I didn’t get a call and she tells me that they will call shortly. Fast forward to this Saturday 6÷20÷15 no call and the text response from her was we are sorry you feel the way you do and we wish you luck finding a groomer that suits your needs in the future. I never asked for my money back or anything special just a follow up from the owner. Clearly he or she doesn’t care what his or her groomers do. They take advantage of the fact that your dog is comfortable with the groomer and it’s such a pain to find a new one. I’ve never written a review on Unilocal before but this clearly bothered me to the point that I wanted to share this poorly run company.

Fabulous groomer! Francisco came out right on time. Cost was exactly as quoted. Goofy has a wonderful haircut, smells wonderful and knows he looks handsome. We will recommend Francisco and Aussie Pet Mobile to anyone who needs a dog groomer. No cages or crates. Honest. Fair prices. Service at my home. Same price as big box groomers but No drop off and hours long wait. Will definitely use their services again.

The are punctual, prompt, and courteous! Cheryl was our groomer who has come twice now to cut our long-​hair cat’s hair. She is polite and respectful of our requests.
Each cut comes with a bath and cute bandana!
Highly recommended and much less stressful than taking the cat out to the vet/​groomer!
