Pawsh Pet Resort & Spa takes pride in caring for your pets as our own. We pamper them with doggy daycare and plenty of one on one attention! Our philosophy is to care for your pet as you would at home. Doggy Daycare is included with our boarding so your dog gets over 5 hours of play time per day in our indoor and outdoor areas. Our entire facility is air conditioned and built to keep your pet happy! We also have professional groomers who are trained in specialty cuts for any groom for both cats and dogs… Pawsh Pet is prestigious care for your pampered pet!!!

At Pawsh Pet Resort and Spa our mission is to provide a safe, fun and personalized environment for your pets, while they are guests in both the spa and the hotel portion of our facility. Our intimate and upscale facility is designed from a pet’s perspective, offering the comforts of home along with stimulating activities. We cater to the needs and desires you have for your pet, realizing that each of our guests is an individual requiring unique care.

Pawsh Pet Resort & Spa is managed and owned by Holly Kierski, who has over 15 years of business experience and extensive experience working with animals. She has a B. A. as well as continued education in pet care and is certified in pet CPR and First Aid. Holly has worked as a veterinary technician and recently was the owner of a successful in-​home pet care business.

My dog did NOT want to go in their. Which should have been a sign fro me to leave.
He went in for a mini groom he came back to me with a cut on his bob tail that STILL isn’t healed yet after 1.5+ months. He also had a cut on his private area.
My dog will NEVER go back here. Find another place.

I tried Pawsh Pet to board my doggie Neiko, it seems he got along well with the other Lil friends at the place. I was informed by a pet sitter he barked and not dog friendly, but not so. He was tired when he came home so it seems he played good. I will certainly return to Pawsh Pet

Outstanding facility with a great staff. Our little dog is deaf, elderly, and has cataracts in both eyes. The people at Pawsh Pets take excellent care of her when we take her for occasional day care, grooming, or overnight stays. I pay a lot of attention to the behavior and practices and can attest to the fact that the staff gets to know every dog and cat and makes sure they are happy, safe, and cared for. I strongly recommend Pawsh Pets!

Left my 2 babies there for a long weekend away. Checked them out beforehand and they were clean and dogs looked happy. I was happy until the pick up. The young lady that checked me out did so in a hurry. I was not given any information of how my dogs had done, which one wasn’t eating etc. (they returned with 2 of the 3 bags of food I sent). And then to top it all off, I was over charged!
I was told I would not be charged for a «daycare» fee for late pick up as they were running a special but I was charged anyway. Then when I got in the car, I smelled a horrible smell, their blanket was covered in urine. Kind of scares me that my dogs maybe were kept in a room where they urinated and it wasn’t cleaned up. How could they send home a blanket in such a mess? My dogs never urinated on that blanket before.
Ah well, lesson learned. They came home in one piece and other than being wild, seem to be ok. Don’t think I’d take them back there again though because I’m not sure what went on, if you do take your fur babies there, get web-​cam (extra charge of course).

It was with some concern that I boarded our two miniature wiener pups. They had never been left here before and we were going away for 12 days. We toured the facility before we left and talked to the staff extensively. Everything looked good but I still hated leaving them. Upon our return we went to collect our «babies» expecting the worst. However, we picked up two very happy dogs! They missed us for sure, but they looked great and were healthy and happy! They had had a bath and looked adorable and smelled great! (I think we just found a new groomer!!). I recommend this facility 100 percent. It was not cheap but then again, you get what you pay for and for us, it was worth every penny!

Took my 9 y/​o Yellow Lab there after visiting/​touring about 10 total place in the Western Orlando area. It was overall the nicest, cleanest & professional boarding option. The kennels themselves are clean and a combination of sizes, not crates and not 100% closed off. They have an outside area, which not many local kennels have. They accomodated my dog who has neck injury and cannot rough house with other dogs (as much as he would love to) and that was important to us.
Very good place; very friendly when reserving, calling to check in and pick up!

I suggested Unilocal to Holly at Pawsh Pet because Unilocal has not quite penetrated Orlando like it has other places, like here in the Bay Area — but I think it is essential to have and will certainly get more popular, and Pawsh Pet needs to be on it – it is a great business that deserves to be on it.
And I do have to say before really getting into my review that I’m sad I didn’t get here first before Tracy K below. I’m sad that Tracy had to start off with 2 stars — because Pawsh Pet does not deserve 2 stars (and I hope Tracy, now that she’s tried them again, will reconsider her rating).
I lived in the Orlando area from 2006-​09. I have taken my dog, now 13yo, to tons of daycares all over the country. I researched all of the daycares in the Orlando area. Pawsh Pet is one of the best! Exceedingly clean, always fresh-​smelling, great playspaces, wonderful LONG open-​air play area for dogs in back where they can run. And truly a wonderful staff. When I lived in Clermont they were the clear choice in that area and very competitive to anything in central Orlando for QUALITY doggie daycare, and even though San Francisco is the bastion of dogs and doggie places, my dog Frida and I I still miss our Pawsh Pet.
I wholeheartedly commend Holly on building an excellent business for the community and I recommend you give Pawsh Pet a try. Hey — start off by going and getting a tour!

Used to be a huge fan but the price increases each boarding as well as the fact that my dogs always come home sick with poop-​butts has turned me off this place.
Update: 10÷16÷15:
Today I have been asked by the owner, Holly K, to delete my negative review from 2014. I agreed that I will certainly amend this review if my upcoming boarding stay works out as well as promised.
The employees of this establishment are very friendly and helpful when booking stays and making arrangements. That has not changed.
