History

Established in 2013.

Molly Maid was founded in Canada in 1979 by Adrienne and Chris Stringer. The company was named after the character Molly Brown from the 1964 film The Unsinkable Molly Brown.

Today the company has over 400 active Franchises across the globe. Molly Maid expanded into the United States in 1984. The company performs more than two million home cleanings per year.

The Molly Maid of Winder and Athens office was established in December 2013. In April 2014, we partnered with Cleaning for A Reason to offer free cleaning services to women battling cancer. Our mission is to provide excellent quality, service and value to all of our customers.

Prior to opening my Molly Maid Franchise, I worked in logistics and distribution as an Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager. I also served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years. I enjoy reading, walking, going to the movies, and traveling. I am excited to be a new business owner in this area and look forward to helping others.
