They close at 7, I was in the parking lot and decided to call for a pedi at 615. The man told me there wasn’t enough time. I peeked in the salon… it was empty! How rudee! I’ve never been there and I certainly don’t plan on spending any precious dolls hairs anytime soon.

I started going to WOW shortly after it opened. I have had a great experience each and every time. My nails always come out beautiful and the polish lasts. Their pedicures are the best I have had in the area. The only tough thing is that they are not open on Sundays. Between work and kids activities, sometimes that is just the only time I can go.

I went here twice. My first experience was pretty standard, no complaints. My second experience was a nightmare from start to finish. My mother and I went for mani pedis and my mother wanted a simple solid color and I got a French manicure. The tech working on my mother was the self-​described «brother in law» and was not paying attention — he painted her nails two different colors. My tech forgot to put the white on my French manicure, and then my nails were butchered when they tried to «fix» the manicure by chipping off a bit and adding the white. It looked awful and I wanted to leave because I was ready to cry, and then they insisted on fixing it for the third time. It was better but hastily done AND we still had to pay full price for it. We received no apology or even empathy for the situation, so I will not be back. Very poor service that easily could have been rectified. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Their response was to tell me that this was a misunderstanding, despite the fact that making a mistake and not owning up to it or offering some level of customer service is a pretty clear cut situation. Never in my life have I had someone be so rude about the entire situation and then on top of that insist that I pay full price for their poor job. I spent over three hours in the salon wasting my time on this.

Cute nail salon in the Wilmington area. The first thing that stands out here is the great service. They take appointments as well as walkin. It’s a very spacious and well maintained place. I had been to get my mani and pedi done and there was no hurry. They did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back again.

I called at the last minute and got an appointment right away. Got there and was taken right away. Thy did a great job and it was very relaxing. I plan to go back and would highly recommend the Deluxe ($ 40), which includes a hot stone massage. 6 sisters and their brother work there!

Everyone who works at Wow is very friendly. It’s clean and updated. Lots of colors to choose from. I have also had waxing done, that also was great! I have an appointment today to get eyelash extensions! Never had a bad experience!

I have recently moved to NYC, but anytime I am in town — you better believe I will be at WOW! There is an atmosphere at the salon that makes you feel so comfortable and valued as a customer. All of the workers are sisters, and it shocks me how well they work together!
So glad Mary took the risk of leaving her past salon to open this gem because she will be in business for many years to come!
The salon is sure to perfect your mani/​pedi and wow you with the little details. Pedicure comes with hot stones, manicure with a back massage and free water :) I always get a gel manicure and it lasts at least two weeks without fail.

As I’m nearing the end of my pedicure I had to write a review. I am completely impressed with the service here. The pedicure included a hot stone massage which relaxed me so much I fell asleep! Everything is so clean, they have a huge variety of colors to choose from, the massage chairs are wonderful and the nail technician Tsu, was very meticulous and so genuinely sweet.

What a great nail salon. It has a brand new large open layout. Everything is so clean and tools are sterilized. And everyone is so friendly with positive attitudes. I will definitely be going back.
