Advanced Back Care is a state-​of-​the-​art chiropractic clinic located in Wilmington, Massachusetts. We specialize in short term, patient centered care that is proven to be safe, gentle and effective. We work with you to determine which manual or instrument techniques are the most comfortable and beneficial for you. Conditions which we have successfully treated include low back pain, headaches, neck pain, numbness or pain in the extremities, whiplash, TMJ disorders and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our purpose is to get you well as quickly as possible and to give you the tools to stay that way on your own. With over 24 years of experience, Dr. Wexler is an honors graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and holds a degree in Exercise Science from UMASS. He is Board Certified by both the Massachusetts Board as well as the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Business Owner

With over 24 years of experience, Dr. Wexler is an honors graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He received a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is Board Certified by both the Massachusetts Board as well as the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

His techniques include manual manipulation, drop techniques, NIMMO, ART, diversified and Activator instrument assisted adjusting. The Advanced Back Care facility in Wilmington, MA houses rehabilitative equipment as well as a full complement of therapies including interferential therapy, russian stimulation, microcurrent and ultrasound.
