Very, very Rude! I accidentally picked up a plant that was sold. There was no sold or hold sign on it. The owner says was your name on it. I was like I am sorry I didn’t know. A total a**. I decided if he didn’t want my money I surely was not gonna force it on him. Two ladies at Home Depot, customers, said that the owner was a total jerk and they would never go back. Need to work on customer service skills.

Shocked by how unabashedly rude the owner was to me. I purchased $ 800 worth of edging shrubs/​trees (arborvitae) and 3 months later 80% of them started dying. 2 months after this — DEAD. I asked what my options were and was told «you can buy more trees to replace them.» He told me I was «out of luck.» Interesting business plan. Buy your plants & trees elsewhere.

These people are WONDERFUL! They have such a wonderful assortment plants and the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating! They gave us tadpoles that were in their pond so my younger sibling and I could take care of frogs at home until they matured, then we released our frog Lucky into the wild! A must go for plant enthusiasts EVERYWHERE!
