I’ve been going to Dr. Peters for several years for my eye exams. His office staff is always friendly and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Peters is knowledgeable and explains what is needed in simple terms. He’s patient and I never feel rushed.
I took my daughter to see him when she was 7-​years-​old. After a routine exam at school, we were told she needed glasses. She was a little nervous but Dr. Peters was soft spoken and kind. After looking at a few frames, he helped her pick out the ones she was more than happy with: pink with flowers.
I recommend Dr. Peters highly.

I went in without an appointment and they squeezed me in at the end of the day and when they were very busy. The staff was so friendly and the office is very clean. They have all the latest technology. Specifically, they took a picture of the back of my eye as I was concerned about some blurry vision I’d been experiencing. This practice is truly top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone. And they’ve been in this location for over 40 years!

My father had an acute attack of glaucoma which made him lose his vision in one eye and affect what vision he had in the other eye. We stumbled upon Dr. Peters who was the only doctor who cared enough to spend the time my father needed in order to find him the right lenses and even took the time to educate him as well as pick out the right frames.
He is a person who takes a lot of pride in his profession and has a profound amount of integrity and is a perfectionist.
My father went through hell and back and now will only see Dr. Peters.
It’s clear he treats his staff well because they are kind and professional.

I found both the doctor and the staff to be very rude, blunt, and racist. If you’re a local resident then you’re better off finding an optometrist elsewhere in neighboring Carson or San Pedro.
