Established in 2006.
Chef Nick Pittari was born in NY and raised in Sicily and NY. He moved to NC in 1996. He previously owned Pizza Bistro with his sister Maria and also Incredible Pizza which he later sold in 2006 to open Nicola’s. Nick envisioned an Italian eatery that was not the typical Italian restaurant. He wanted color, boldness, and creativity. Different! A warm and friendly atmosphere where every dish is made with love!
