This is hands down my favorite place to eat whenever I am in town. Amazing food, family owned and outstanding service. A++++

So it’s been just over 6 months since i first reviewed Modash. Food is still good, i find myself going at least once a week if not more. The seating area is still a bit plain but very nice for a sandwich shop, the disorganized feel is mostly gone. For me the part that truly matters is the food. I still haven’t had one meal i haven’t enjoyed. They have a large menu so it’s easy to find something no matter the mood. The daily specials are great. My favorite is the pilgrim wrap which is usually available on Fridays. Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, what really makes the wrap tho is the turkey breast they use is the same kind you would bake at home and not the thinly sliced deli meat. I find the pricing is worth it since many of the portions are quite large. Some of the best values are in the daily specials, a large rice bowl meal can probably feed a person for 2 – 3 meals(not even including the side salad). Would highly recommend giving it a try, food wise it has plenty of unique offerings, not found in the other local sandwich shops. One final note, they do tend to go heavy on the saucing, whether it be mayo/salad dressing on the sandwiches or sauce in the rice bowls. I personally like that but i can see where others may not. You may need to experiment a few times to get thing the way you like them.

My 3rd time eating there and it is soooo good. I like to keep it simple. On my 3 visits I had Roast Beast, Corned Beast, And Turkey Breast. They were all(not processed) fresh cooked meat like you get in a NY Delicatessen, Not that 7-Eleven pressed meat crap most sub shops sell. Somebody else seems to like it too as it was pretty busy this last time there. The staff seemed to handle it pretty well, but I’ll try to go a little before or after the lunch rush next time.

Eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Love the Pilgrim wrap. It’s made with fresh turkey, not that pressed deli turkey. Friendly people, good service

I’ve been here a few times: quality was decent @ portions were large. The other day though, I was not very happy. Ordered the Greek salad wrap with light dressing but what I got was missing tomatoes, red onions & green peppers(all were listed as included) and it was sopping wet with dressing. I was very disappointed.

Staff is friendly, ambiance looks kind of weird. Not really feeling the new design they have, looks kind of ‘kid-ish’. The Food is OK to good, nothing really stands out or grabs your attention. My biggest issue with this place is the pricing of the food. I would say it is definitely overpriced for the portion and quality of food that is served which is why i knock it down about 2 stars for this reason alone. I only go because of the convenience of this establishment.
