I am home from California visiting my parents and this Dunkin Donuts is literally a stone’s throw from their house. Unfortunately, I’d rather get in the car and drive further away to get better service. This is absolutely, hands down, THEWORST Dunks I have EVER been to. Whoever owns and manages this establishment takes absolutely NO pride in their work ethic, employees, or storefront ATALL, and they should be completely ashamed of themselves. I don’t blame the employees. They are clearly not being trained well at all, but my GOD, it’s frustrating. The first time I went there, I ordered a French Vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and 2 jelly sticks. That’s not really rocket science, right? I pull up to the window and I’m handed the coffee by a young man who barely acknowledges that I’m there. I ask where the donuts are, and he literally just… walks away. Nothing. I wait, and wait. A girl comes over and asks what I’m waiting for, and I explain what just happens. She comes back and tells me there’s no jelly sticks, would I like another donut for free?(Good on her, she said the right thing), I said no thank you and drove off. But here’s the thing: the next three times I came to this Dunks, EVERY time I got to the speaker, they either got my order wrong and I had to correct them because they clearly were not listening OR they didn’t acknowledge the order was done with something like, «Thank you, please pull up.» There would just be dead silence. So unbelievably rude. Then I would get to the window and EVERYTIME(no lie), they would forget the donuts(I order the same thing every time). EVERY.SINGLE. TIME. I’ve been there a total of five times now and every time, they’ve forgotten the donuts. I mean, how does it happen EVERY time? And the worst part is that they never offer an apology for the screw-up. They always seem irritated that you are calling them out on their screw-up and making them fix it — as if YOU are the problem, not their incredibly poor training, work ethic, attitude, or(gasp!) own personal responsibility. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other several Dunkin Donuts in the area. Stay far, far away from this one. Especially if you haven’t had your morning coffee yet!

The manager was rude. I asked for extra sugar and she just rolled her eyes. As i was leaving she was complaining and talking about me with other employee. I can see them whispering. Bad bad for the business. They do not seem to have good work ethics. Not a clean place. Health department needs to visit them. One time i saw them handling munchkins without gloves. Do not go to this location. RUDEANDLOUSYSERVICE. Instead, I like folks at Starbucks down the street. Very friendly and super service at Starbucks!

I’m in the parking lot writing this review. The manager on staff this morning is the angriest person I’ve seen in a while. The girl at the counter that was helping me, took my order. She handed me my ice tea, I also ordered something from the oven area. As I was waiting, the drive through, where the manager was working, ran out of cream. The counter girl brought 3 ½ gallons over and the manager literally screamed at the girl. Saying«the machine gets cleaned today, I’m not throwing away 3 things of cream(insert name)» The girl who was working the oven station, whipped a bagel at the guy ahead of me and threw my food to me. I said thank you and no response. Just a dirty look to her extremely mean and rude boss. Them told that poor counter girl to go mop and cool down. Not that ANY of what I saw was her fault. Btw, Its mid morning, while writing this, I’m sure they have already used all the cream the girl brought over. That poor girl looks like she wants to cry.

I’ve experienced so many mistakes @ this Duncan Donuts. I usually order 2 items, a coffee & either a bagel or a muffin & they screw it up so often that I go to the one farther away on Main St. in Wilmington.

Holy crap were they bad. Ordered: Lg Iced Pumpkin Mocha, light no sugar, toasted Artichoke bagel with plain cream cheese, on it. 1 Pumpkin pie doughnut. I had to repeat everything 3 times, pulled around and was handed a plain Ice coffee. The lady at the window saw the strange look I was giving it and asked it it was to light. I told her it was supposed to be pumpkin mocha and she fixed it pretty quickly. I was handed the bag with the bagel, no doughnut. Checked the receipt and they did not charge me for a doughnut so I drove off. Bagel was not toasted, but was warm, kinda seemed microwaved and cream cheese was not on it.
