D&G Elite Auto Detailing

I thought my car looked old because it’s old. It turns out there’s something called «maintenance.» I found D&G thanks to Unilocal (thank you, Unilocal!) and am still in shock. I intended to get interior detail only because I was tired of looking at the same dust, coffee stains, hairs, scraps of paper, etc. (Ew, right? Yes.)
German and his team came to the office and revealed a beautiful interior that I had long forgotten. I was so happy, I signed up for the exterior detail that my coworker was getting. After removing eight years of pollution, gone was the Smog Beige, and the car actually had a real color again. It’s blindingly shiny, no longer has the texture of sandpaper, and the plastic trim has a sheen and uniform color.
I’m directing this to the other neglectful car parents out there: call German and get your car detailed. His rates are very competitive, he is extremely conscientious, and you will not believe the results. We in L.A. should know that you don’t just let pollution and the march of time age you. Do something about it!

Dam! How come everyone else got a good experience. Granted they do a great job on the outside detailing but wtf, no fair.
So I gave them a call and got to speak w/​German, he was cool and we set up an appointment. I mentioned to him that I really needed my truck detailed ASAP inside-​out, I had recently had another detail company who never show up bc they were running late and booking ’til next month.
I was getting a new camper on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma therefore I wanted the truck detailed prior to getting it. I mentioned various times that my truck was a mess on the inside (bc of my 2 dogs plus a few other stains) and he might need to do extra hrs. But we agreed on the price and details and booked the appointment.
So the day arrives and its 10 minutes pass 11 and I never get a call so I called them up to make sure they didn’t forget and German apologizes and mentioned that they are running late but will arrive in about 30 minutes. So 1245 comes by and they finally arrive (two young kids, not German btw). Took about 4 or 5 hrs to complete. The truck look great on the outside I had asked them to also restore the headlights, worth it btw. The inside was still a bit wet and the mats were in the back of the truck still drying. But of course it looked much better on the inside, at plain sight, it was a freaking mess before that. Smelled a little weird though but I just thought bc of the moisture, didn’t give it much thought. Anyways the following day I get in the truck and it smells really odd and I began to look for the source and realized its the mats. They’re dry by now but they feel crusty and it appeared that the stains that were there before were merely smeared.
Sigh… So I start to inspect the truck closely and notice that most of the carpet stains were treated the same way. There were still some dog hairs here and there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc I know that might take a few cleanings before they are completely gone. But then I saw that the space between the seats and center console still had dust and crumbs, obviously not vacuumed up.
But no biggie I called German and he answered and I explained the funny smell coming from the mats and asked if they can come by to take care of the mats. He asked me to call him the following day bc they might be in my area, so I agreed and thanked him. I couldn’t call him that day bc I got stuck working overtime. But I called him the day after and he didn’t answer so I left a message explaining the situation once more and asked them to call me back to set up a time to come by.
So it’s been a little over a month and never got a call or txt. It’s kool though I felt a bit ripped off, took a while for me to get rid of that smell and they ruined my mats, now they look and feel crusty. I think I felt worse about the fact that they never returned my call, I know my messages were responded to promptly prior to that.
PS I paid like $ 300 plus $ 40 tip, sorry to say but not worth it. Also, as I mentioned before I repeatedly mentioned to him that the truck was really dirty and allowed him to give me a quote I was expecting XTra so I really feel like they rushed the whole thing.

German and his crew are awesome! Just finished cleaning up two cars. Both cars look amazing. One of my cars had not been cleaned for quite a while and had rough paint and drink spills all over the inside. Totally cleaned up the inside and outside. The paint is clean and smooth. Great Job!
I really appreciate the fact that they came to my house didn’t use any water or power to get the job done. I plan on having them work on my cars again.
I scheduled an appointment with German, he called the night before and confirmed it, showed up and took care of business.

This is my first Unilocal review. I wanted to give these guys a chance with my brand new Genesis Coupe. Normally I would detail my car myself but I was feeling lazy this time around. I looked on Unilocal and decided to give D&G a call. On the phone, German seemed like a great guy and knew his stuff. I had set up an appointment more than a week in advance for Friday, September 19 at 1:00pm for an exterior, machine polishing detail. I even confirmed the apppointment the day before.
He texts me at 9:00am on the day of asking for my address. I woke up at 10:40am and replied with my address. By 12:45pm, I started cleaning the interior so that they didn’t have to do so when they arrived. Around 1:15pm, no signs of D&G so I called them but no answer. Called again at 1:30pm, no answer and no text reply. Called several more times between 1:30pm-2:15pm and no answer. What the hell? I e-​mailed them the next day asking for an explanation and still no reply. Not professional at all, no matter what the circumstances are.
I had planned to get my new car detailed so I can get a clear bra installed the next day. Luckily, I called around and CCS (Cars Cosmetic Specialist) in San Gabriel was able to take me in at 3:00pm and finished the job by 6:00pm. The owner’s wife even took me to a nearby Starbucks while I waited. Check them out if you need any detailing work done.
Based on these reviews, D&G appear to be professionals and great at what they do. Too bad I didn’t get to experience that. I would love to hear their explanation on the no-​show. I still have not heard back from them. Thanks a lot, D&G.

This auto detailing company is great, very convenient for customers they come to you. My experience personally was awesome I had horrific stains on all the seats of my car and they got the stains off. I also had scratches on my car and those also disappeared, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some serious work to their car like I did. Definitely check out their promotions as well.

Amazing auto detailing service. German was extremely helpful in letting me know exactly when they had a time available for me. They came straight to my house and got started in my driveway right away. They gave me a time estimate and met it almost exactly. Pricing was exactly what he had told me over the phone and I definitely got the most for my money from these guys. My car was extremely messed up with 2 kids ruining it over several years, so I wasn’t expecting how perfect my car looks currently. My only regret was not paying the extra for them to restore my headlights, as it looks like I now have to do that myself. If I could I would give them 6 stars, highly recommend this service.

These guys did an awesome job! Really made my paint come back to life after oxidation and fading was starting to take its toll. German, the manager, was very courteous and professional. I spoke with him over the phone and he answered all my questions, and was able to fit me in the next day. They did the job quick, but thorough. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys were awesome. I’ve never even heard of a detailing service that comes to you, and its not an outrageous price. i had some really bad spots in my interior that i wanted gone that I’ve tried scrubbing a bunch of times, nothing never worked. Then D&G came and worked their magic.. .the stains were gone. So say the least i am very pleased, if you want a great service that is convenient for YOU! I would give them a call :]

5 star job. I tried to use other mobile services, some failed but some were good. This one is by far the best mobile auto detail service ever. Friendly people, honest, and on time. They took out some scratches that I thought will never come out!, i really recommend them. If you live within the Los Angeles area and need a nice full detail this is it. Once again they are good at what they do and are friendly.

They did an amazing job revitalizing the paint on my car, considering how hard black is to maintain. Had an exterior detail including clay bar, polish and water spot removal. Super fast and efficient, and a great first-​time customer rate; will be scheduling again soon.

This car wash service is spectacular.
They come to our office parking lot, and all I have to do is drop my keys off at the front desk. At the end of the day, I find my car on the same level I originally parked it – shining and spotless. D&G does an excellent job, leaving behind not a single speck of dirt or dust. And I eat in my car… a lot. :)

I just got my first brand new black car and wouldn’t let anyone touch it because it is my new baby but once I heard what an amazing job they do I decided to give them a try, and I am very happy I did. They did an amazing job and didn’t skip a detail. They are always very professional and always super nice. They now wash my car about every other week and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve gone through a few mobile detail companies before them. I’m very happy with their work. Price is reasonable and they have the attention to detail. I have them come wash our cars on a weekly basis. Try them out I’m sure you will be happy. If your not, let them know. They will make sure your happy with the result.

These guys are unbelievable. My daughter and I had both of our 2007 Prius done and they look like new — better than. I never thought it possible to clean up the debris from my grandchildren’s milk and cheerios etc rubbed into the seats and carpets but they got rid of it all. 2 men ³¹⁄₂ hours and they worked tirelessly. Worth every penny and more.

I had my car detailed yesterday, called for an appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment. They did an amazing job, my car looks like a brand new car on the inside and out. The price is the absolute best that your going to find around. Give them a shot, because they will not disappoint!

I never write reviews but had to for D&G. These guys do fantastic work and I wouldn’t trust my fairly new Scion FR-​S (Limited Edition to 86) with anyone else. They take their time and don’t rush the job. Even on a standard wash, their attention to detail is what keeps me coming back to them. I got the Executive Detail back in August and haven’t stopped using these guys. I asked to pay for another Executive Exterior Detail the next month and he said I didn’t even need it and saved me like $ 80 on the spot. Use the special to start with them and you won’t go anywhere else. I should be their spokesman, haha

Great customer service and a beautiful shiny black car! German came on time to my workplace with another coworker and they made my black car shine and that was no easy task. They did not try to up-​sell me with any extras and I really appreciated that. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.
