History

Established in 2008.

Closet Factory was started in 1983 in California and the Massachusetts franchise was opened in 1995. Current ownership began in September 2008 when David Townsend purchased the franchise and opened a showroom in Wilmington MA. In 2014 the showroom location and production facilities were moved to 220 Ballardvale St — Suite E, Wilmington MA.

Business Owner

David loves custom architectural millwork and has been in the commercial business sector since 2004. He acquired the Closet Factory franchise in 2008 and has been actively selling for the business in additional to overseeing management of the company.
