The molten chocolate cake is yummy and is a huge portion. Can just keep on visiting the place for that. The drawback for me is that even if we don’t use the table entertainment, they charge for it !

Must not be a popular place. Was there on a Saturday night around 6:30 and the place was empty. They menu had a nice selection. We ended up ordering the 2 for $ 20. The ribs I got were nicely cooked but the regular bbq sauce left a lot to be desired. The carnitas fajitas my wife got were good. Waitress was ok but could have come around a little more often then she did, it was not like the place was busy only had 5 or 6 tables being used. Most likely will not go back to this chilis again. Did not really make a good impression.

This chain restaurant was filthy dirty. The tables were sticky, bathroom was gross. Service was very slow and they were not busy! The food was gross. There were flies all around — yuck-o Don’t even attempt it. You will be in the bathroom before you pay your check!

This was the first time we’ve been in the chili’s, and the last. I ordered an iced tea the class was so dirty that I could wipe the inside around the rim with my napkin that was a brown residue on it it wasn’t from the tea. I ordered a burger, medium, it was raw in the middle. My wife had ribs, was no meat on it it was mostly bone pretty skinny pigs they got. This will be the last time we go to chili’s. I should have known better, it’s a typical highway restaurant

Very rude staff! The waiter was forcing us to sit at the bar with one hour left to closing! When we said we want to sit at the booth, she had to let the other couple sit at the booth as well and was making loud comments to them that you guys compromised but not everybody does! So we just walked out! It was really empty! Guess others too had a bad experience like us!

What a nightmare ! Arrive with my wife and three starving kids, only to wait 40 minutes just for drinks. The waitress had to be asked about the drinks and asked us 3 times if soup or appetizers came out, you are the waitress ! What a mess this place is, wouldn’t step foot back in this place.

Chili’s is a phenomenal place to go for lunch and dinner. Been here many times, and every time it’s a good experience; one of the best chain restaurants in our area. When you walk in to Chili’s you are almost always quickly seated and promptly attended to. The Tex-Mex themed atmosphere is cool and the environment is clean. Sitting outside on the deck is nice, but it can get a bit crowded out there. The service isn’t extremely fast, but definitely fast enough and food is good quality. During lunch, we always get the unlimited soup and salad. It’s a filling and appetizing way to spend your money. Another great option for lunch is the sandwich combos. And when you go for dinner, the fajitas here are awesome. Try the Fajita Trio if you aren’t sure what to get, you will not be upset(that rhymed). Overall, just a good place to eat! Below is my review in numbers… Food: 8.4÷10 –Unlimited Soup & Salad(8⁄10) — SImple, but a filling and fun option for lunch. Get the Baked Potato Soup, it’s really good. –Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip(8⁄10) — Good appetizer. –Fried Cheese(7⁄10) — AKA Mozzarella Sticks [at least that’s what I call them]. Nothing special about them but still a delicious appetizer. –Fajita Trio(10⁄10) They did all the right things with this entrée… probably the best thing here. –Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger(8.5÷10) — Yum. –Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie(9⁄10) — It’s like a slice of a giant cookie/blondie thing. How could that not be delicious? Service: 9⁄10 –Helpfulness(9⁄10) –Knowledge(9⁄10) –Efficiency(9⁄10) Ambiance: 8⁄10 Value: 7⁄10 OVERALL: 8.1÷10(4⁄5) — Me gusta.

When you go to Chili’s, you pretty much know what you’re going to get. I can honestly say that this is the best Chili’s I have ever been to. I was in Delaware on business for a few months and I stopped into Chili’s because I really wanted some fajitas. The bartender was very attentive and offered some legit recommendations for me, including the fajitas with a fried chicken patty instead of the normal chicken. Super good! The drinks are also decent, with a full bar and solid pours from the bartenders. I have come back several times and have never been disappointed. They are quick to point out the new menu items everytime they come out, and it seems like they get better every time. If I ever find myself in Delaware again, I will definitely stop in to eat here.

I was driving through Wilmington last night around dinner time. I am also a big fan of Chili’s hot wings so I decided to look one up to stop for a break. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly. I went and sat in the bar at a bar table and ordered an ice tea and wings. Steve was my server and he did a great job. The wings came quickly and they were excellent! Nice and crispy, just enough tang and heat to keep it interesting. Steve was moving around taking care of the bar tables. But, as soon as I got down to my last 20% of my iced tea where it was getting watery, he was right there with a fresh one – nice service. Bonus! It was happy hour(wish I wasn’t driving), so the wings were half price, so the ice tea and wings only ran me a little over $ 7. So, I dropped a $ 5 tip on Steve and headed down the road. I know Chili’s is a chain. But if you like wings and haven’t been to Chili’s yet, try it out. I’ve been to lot’s of Chili’s all over the U.S. and the wings have always been good. And, if you are in Wilmington, give this particular one a try.

This Chili’s is not far from work but I’ve only been here twice, two nights in a row. I think this restaurant is up to standard for the chain restaurant. Service is decent and the interior appears to be maintained sufficiently. The food is okay to good, depending on what you order. I’m just not too fond of the normal menu prices so I’ve only been going when there’s a special deal.

We have often eaten at this Chili’s and I’ve had what I thought were excellent ribs — «fall off the bone good». However, yesterday we stopped for dinner there and I had a Custom Combo comprising a half rack of Chili’s «Original» ribs and grilled salmon with sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The ribs were tough and poorly prepared, clearly not slow cooked — and just not very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were rather gummy — the broccoli and salmon were OK. Service was good — we had an attentive and friendly waiter but he could not make up for a below average meal. Not sure we will go back again.
