The superhero of hardware stores. Not only do they sell everything but also are so helpful it’s like having a handyman on call.

Excellent store — they have everything! I walk in with an unusual lightbulb or a tiny screw and they can find an exact replacement immediately! Excellent customer service.

My review is slightly bias i will admit as I worked her part-​time in High School and College but regardless this place is hands down the best place.
You may find the same item at a big box such as Home Depot or Lowes for 2−5% less however this is truly the one stop place. Jim, Heidi, Bob, and the rest of the crew do a great job at ensuring they have sufficient inventory and I know from working there we went out of our way to carry stuff that may not move off the shelves that much but can only be found at a Hardware Store as big boxes deem them not a efficient product to have.
If you need help or have questions everyone in the store is great at giving advice. Jim and Bob particularly have spent their lives in this store and the information, tips, and tricks to help make the job easier that they have learned over the years is truly a valuable asset as you can’t find this information on the internet.

Some of the basic stuff is a bit pricey, but it’s a great place to get whatever you need and the people are extremely helpful.

This is a jewel to have in our neighborhood, reasonably priced for a non-​big box, wonderful service, and great plus fabulous selection of the items never found in a Lowes or Home Depot… I hope people shop here and support a small business that is so well run

An amazing selection of hardware for most every job.
As a handyman, I’m in and out of hardware (& big box) shoppes all the time. They are well stocked .& may rival Clark Devon (*****).
I watched one of the guys patiently help a woman who looked like she would much rather be at Old Orchard. He put together the pipeages that she needed, & spent some ‘quality’ time making sure that she understood what he had given her. & how it should all go back together. That projec doesn’t get more than ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ odds of success, but if it fails, it won’t be because of lack of effort (caring?) from the hardware dude.

I really like this hardware store and am happy to support a local business in our neighborhood. I love how knowledgeable the employees are — they make a trip to the hardware store super fast and easy. Easy free street parking too.

I do not love hardware stores.
In fact, I usually put off going to them until whatever is broken or squeaky or rusty or missing-​a-​part eventually gets better or goes away. Then I can just buy a new whatever-​it-​was-​in-​the-​first-​place.
But now I have actually found a hardware store I don’t despise! One that doesn’t make me feel inadequate or small! Where the people are approachable and helpful … creative problem-​solvers who quickly and efficiently find the most effective piece or part or solution for your hardware needs!
Since I found this place, I will never ever again set foot in one of those hideous orange-​roofed behemoths (you know the places I’m talking about …) … I have even caught myself going around the house identifying little projects to take on. This hardware store is THAT great.

I have gone here a few times as I live down the street… I will say it is nice.
It is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, and the people who work inside are very polite folks that know their stuff well. Seems well stocked with everything you’d need, what else can I say?

It’s a neighborhood store. Local owners. Super nice family. They are so extremely helpful.
Every nook and cranny is full, so I tend to ask where the item is right of the bat instead of searching forever.
Hope they never close. The neighborhood would be at a loss.
