Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Fantastic! The service was fast, the gentleman was very pleasant. I couldn’t be more impressed with the place. He did suggest some minor upgrades, a little bit of up-​selling but very reasonable and very professional about it. I will definitely be back for another oil change.

I’m much happier with the experiences I’ve had at this Valvoline location, compared to the multiple Jiffy Lube locations I’ve used. First of all, you stay in your car during the work; you might not like this, but for me this is preferable to a dank waiting room. Second, the employees are professional and seem to be following a strict procedure to prevent mistakes (from what I observed they seemed to be calling out information to the supervisor when key tasks were completed). Finally, they explain to you things that they’ve found, and offer optional services without a hard sell. I’m not really sure how the price compares to other places, but I’ve been happy enough that it would be worth it to me to pay a little more.

This location continually has the best service. The employees go beyond their duties to make sure you receive a discount and your car leaves performing better.

Is it weird to write a review about getting your oil changed? Maybe. But getting my oil changed in a pinch is normally the most annoying thing in the world, but for the first time in my life, this location single handedly changed experience. The people that work here are real humans and treat you like a person, not a transaction. They signed me up for the rewards program which 3 other locations never offered. I have three cars that I take all over the tri-​state area. I will only come here from now on.
From another location and about a year ago, the snaps that hold my air filter down were broken. I’ve gotten the oil changed in that car at least 6 times since then at other places and never once did anyone tell me that the air was just zipping right by and not even going through the air filter to make it dirty. But each time I was presented the opportunity to change the «dirty» air filter which would of course, cost $ 25 more. This was the first place that was actually honest with me and told me the truth about what was happening with my air filter and didn’t try to charge me for a new one. They even suggested how I could fix it for cheap. I am a forever customer now!

Used a Groupon here to get a oil change and am glad I did! Fantastic, friendly, efficient, staff! Staff explained everything they were doing as I sat in my car while oil change was done. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. In and out within 15 minutes and will bringing my car back for future services when needed.

Excellent service, fast, courteous, and knowledgable. Walked me through what they were doing and even showed me the comparison of my engine filter to a new one when they recommended changing it. Definitely coming back.

Really miss the old business that used to be there. With new owners, pull car in garage and sit in car whole do oil change. No more car vacuuming, waiting room, or tv. Have you turn off and on lights to do check. Took about 20 minutes. Not bad price — 40 bucks for reg oil. Give you coupon for 6.00 car wash in willow grove. Prob going to check out a jiffy lube next time

I used to come here when it was a Mobile. The family that owned it was friendly and trustworthy. Recently came here for an oil change and discovered that the ownership has changed. It’s not the same and I won’t be back. They talked me into changing the «differential fluid». Quoted me at $ 69 then after the work was done, charged me $ 99 telling me he made a mistake. The manager took off $ 20 but I still paid $ 10 more than I wanted. It’s just not the same as before and I’m not sure I’ll be back.
