So how does Auto Spa go from 4 stars to 1 star you ask? Easy.
I was preparing to get my oil changed at Auto Spa this morning. I’ve been using them for years now. After bad experiences with their local competitors I thought I had a business I could finally trust. So today, before the oil change I figured I change the air filter on the car myself ahead of time so I wouldn’t need them to replace it. Why not, I figured I’d save a few bucks. So I open my hood and looked at air filter box in my car. The screws holding the filter on we’re all different, what happened to the ones that came with my car??? Mind you, Auto Spa is the only business changing my oil and checking my air filter for the past 3 years. Ok, so someone list the screws along the way, I can almost live with that. Now for the REALLY BAD NEWS, they cracked the cover on my air filter in half!!! I looked at it and could not believe it!!! They forced open the filter case and broke it! Didn’t even bother to tell me about it when it happened. So rather than go back to Auto Spa today I had to take the car to the shop to get the air filter box replaced.
The replacement cost for a new air filter box is $ 350! (The OEM replacement part was $ 650) Well, at least I know know why the mechanic at Auto Spa never fessed up to breaking the filter box. This is a high end car so I know this was not a cheap part that would break easy, it must have taken some brute force the break the case the way they did.
Since this was the only placed I had my oil changed for at least the last 3 years there’s no way this happened anywhere else. I’m taking my business, my families business, and my friends business.
I’ve had my share of dripping oil after oil changes at Auto Spa but I always promptly returned and they tightened them but this situation in inexcusable. Seriously, you knew the case was broken! You could have taken responsibility and told me.
I just can’t afford bringing my car to Auto Spa.
Avoid this place!

Believe me I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but sometimes they are necessary to put business owners on notice that the world is now flat due to the internet and we are all connected for good and for bad.
I’m sitting in the waiting area and one of the workers comes in with my rear differential plug in his hand telling me my rear differential fluid turned to sludge. They must have coated the plug with some sort of grease to make it appear to be what is inside my rear differential. I’m not your average consumer and they weren’t going to get over on me with that scam. I don’t use the word «scam» lightly but they damn well knew there was nothing wrong with my rear differential fluid and attempted to up-​sell me in a very dishonest way. A SCAM WAY!
Really pissed me off and I told them to put the plug back in and just finish up the filter and oil.
Just to give them the benefit of the doubt when I got home I crawled under the truck, removed the rear differential fluid plug, stuck my finger inside and pulled it out with clean fluid on my finger. Just what you would expect from a vehicle with less than 50K miles.
I’ve been going there for a long time but after this experience they lost me forever.
Beware of this place.

Horrible… just had my oil changed at a new facility and they asked me who serviced my oil before. Asked why and they told me whoever changed your oil before never changed the oil filter. This could have done irreversible damage to my car. I find it hard to believe they could have forgotten to change my oil filter when this is all they do. In addition i think they stole some of my groceries in my car. Wtf never again!

They certainly push the extras especially filters of any kind. Owner got insulted when I asked how often a filter should be changed then I presented him with my punch card discount & he seemed more annoyed. After checking my receipt I see my punch card that states’save $ 2.00’on every filter was not applied. Won’t go here again, feel like I’m scammed every time I go. PS how do you charge $ 10.00 extra for an oil filter? isn’t that included in the oil change price!

Ive been coming here since the new owners took over and never had an issue until recently. I brought my car in for air conditioning charge. The owner guaranteed that it would make my AC colder. After paying well over 100 to have it done, I drove the car home and for the next week I observed no improvements, and it was possibly worse. When I had the work done the owner said he would be happy to charge it again if I needed to bring it back in. I brought it back a week later and The owner wanted nothing to do with helping me. He did not refund me or do the charge again, despite it being done incorrectly the first time. All he did was measure the air temp coming out and tell me its fine when anyone who is in my car disagrees. He basically did not do right by me and lost a regular customer by trying to convince the air was very cold when it clearly is not. Also if he thought a charge would not benefit my car initially then why sell it to me.
And these guys try to sell you something besides what youre there to buy most times you come in.

Drive in oil change while you wait.
I like this place for a variety of reasons: It is usually never jammed up, the guys there are real quick and they don’t try to sell me all kinds of crap that I don’t need a la Jiffy Lube.
The prices are average as compared to the other chains but the service seems more professional here than the other oil change places I have ventured to.
