My husband and I could not have asked anything more of Jim. He was knowledgeable, organized, and aggressive. He explained current loan programs, and new home purchasing laws that were applicable to our needs. We had actually switched to using him after using an agent who was none of those things – too much ‘fluff’ and not enough honesty. Take our advice: go with a realtor that knows the market where you want to buy a house and can provide you the attention you need to get the one you want. Jim listened to what we needed and showed a genuine interest in finding our new home– just as we imagined it to be. Jim was always very responsive (no matter what time of day or week), and his customer portal helped us narrow down our options for our scheduled ‘shopping trips.’ He went above and beyond for us in many ways, specifically when he went in to fix an item on the inspection list for us! Jim definitely knows how to get the job done– and done right. He made the buying process smooth and closing was on-​time (actually a few days early). He has a great sense of humor and such a calming demeanor. And he always stayed neutral, so we never felt like he was ‘talking us into’ one property to another. You’d be crazy not to go with Jim!
