Established in 2005.

Frank started in the Real Estate Business as a Real Estate Investor rehabilitating houses. From there he started managing properties for clients. He realized that buyers and sellers needed someone to walk them through the real estate process that was going to look out for ALL there needs.

Manager

Tracy started working for Frank in 2012 as his assistant and now helps manage the office. She has lived in the Hampton Roads Area for over 12 years and concerns this area home. Tracy hold her B. A in Photography and Digital Imaging with a minor in Business from VA Intermont College.

Tracy is Frank’s Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
