While visiting Colonial Williamsburg we stopped here to stock up on cold drinks. Boy-​san and I grabbed a couple of the off brand water bottles and got in line.
The checker-​lady was über friendly and fast. She noticed what we had grabbed, pointed out the fact another brand for 2 for 1 and helped us carry the bottles back to refer to «upgrade» to the better deal!!! Now that’s customer service!
Wish the Lottery ticket I had bought there was just as accommodating…
