History

Established in 2006.

Greg & Nancy started as Realtors in 2006 after Greg retiried from a career as a Manufacturer’s Representative in the computer and electronics industry. The first year in Real Estate, Greg was named Coldwell Banker’s Rooky of the year. Greg has won Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society Achievement Award for outstanding performance.

With Greg & Nancy you get an experienced team who will work to meet your goals and needs. Both are full time agents, specializing in Lake Elsinore, Tuscany Hills, Murrieta, Temecula and surrounding areas.

Business Owner

Greg was a transplant from Detroit, Michigan to Southern California at the age of seven. While attending high school in Long Beach, he was nationally rated in springboard and platform diving. He attended University of Michigan and after realizing how fortunate he was to reside in Southern California, returned and graduated from California State University at Long Beach. Greg served in the US Army in Madrid, Spain, and while there, coached the Spanish Olympic Diving team, truly an experience of a lifetime. He also enjoys snow skiing and with the combined sports has traveled throughout the US and the world.

Greg believes in the benefits of home ownership enjoys helping clients achieve their goal of home ownership. Whether buying or selling your home making the transition as smooth as possible is Greg’s goal.
