Michael came highly recommended to me from a business connection of mine. My wife and I were looking at starting a family and wanted our own home to start that family in. We were moving from a home in the same city that we were renting from family, and we wanted to stay near that family base.
I work from home, so I needed a certain environment and because we love going for walks, we really wanted a neighborhood we felt safe and comfortable in. Michael went out of his way to vet every house before taking us for walks in them and he saved us from a couple precarious situations where the taxes were going to blow the deal.
Michael was very quick to respond through the whole process, very patient as we discovered things as first time home buyers, and was able to help us keep things fast paced so we could close in a very fast timeline to get moved in just a couple weeks before our first little girl joined us!

He personally repaired the items that the home inspector found when the sellers would not
make amends.
