STAY AWAY!!! Company had to break contract due to unforeseen circumstances (which is totally understandable), but failed thorough on communicating with customer on their changes. Instead of calling to say they could not follow through with plan they elected to DO NOTHING until called by the customer. After waiting nearly 6 wks from date of signed contract they finally had to cancel. Company has NOT returned the deposit that was made. We were told that the check would be mailed to us and here we are 2 wks later no money and they are not answering the phone. They were actually supposed to hand deliver the money yesterday and did not show or call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. We had to contact another company to do the work and NEED our money back. Nothing but excuses with this company.
***UPDATE: Money was FINALLY returned.

Thanks to Moore’s Tree Service! They did a spectacular job cutting down a tree close to my house and fence, tough job. Very courteous crew. I will use them again.
