Our business is heaters and air conditioners, and saving you money when it comes to their installation, maintenance, repair and replacement. We will be glad to provide routine services, as well as customize your systems for both comfort and financial savings.

In everything we do, from training new technicians to answering your questions and concerns, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and want you to feel like our top priority at all times.

As a heating and air conditioning contractor, we perform a great deal of furnace repairs and AC services. However, we are also able to design new systems for new construction or upgrades. The goal is always safety and efficiency, and we will come back to provide the routine or repair furnace service and air conditioner service you need to keep things going.

Welch’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family owned business serving Wichita and Butler County since 1986.

David Welch, founder and owner, has held a Block and Associates Mechanical Masters License since 1989, he also holds a Class B Contractors license. Our people are constantly training to be the best. They have the tools, equipment and training to ensure the best possible job. Our technicians are trained professionals who care about our customers and our office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We are professionals, we make house calls 24 hours per day and we provide safety and comfort for your homes. Codes, rules and laws are only our minimum standards. We work in an ever changing industry and our people are always ready to serve your needs.

Business Owner

David Welch has been the owner of Welch’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. since 1986. He grew up in the Wichita and Butler County area’s his whole life.

David has been very involved with his community and giving back when and where he can. His latest involvement was the Red, White and Cool giveaway to a Veteran or family of a Veteran. This is a yearly event Welch’s’ participates in and believes in as David is a Veteran himself.

David has founded Welch’s’ in the belief of helping others at a fair cost, with honesty and integrity.
