Today’s and Glamis Auto Body

Let me start off with saying that Ray is just excellent. I was without my car for almost a year paying for rentals while Al’s Complete Automotive Repair Shop completely damaged my car more than what it was when I took it in. Leaving my car at Al’s, I had to dish out so much more money for extra car parts and at the end he just made my car worse, didn’t give me my money back, and kept the parts of which I paid for. So I then take my car to Ray’s shop and he instantly repaired all the damage that Al’s shop had done. Ray gave me a new rebuilt motor and a new transmission plus extra work and had everything done in less than two weeks. Ray is definitely a life savor. His service is above and beyond and he makes sure that you do not have to return with your car once more. Now my car is in perfect condition just like if it was brand new. I highly recommend if anyone needs any type of work on their car to go to Ray’s shop. Thank you for all the hard work and time Ray.

You want honesty, integrity and professionalism? Then I highly recommend you bring you car here. For body work or any auto repair, I’ve bought my car, my wife’s, mother in laws, sons and friends here. Ray is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what your car needs. I brought my sons car the other day because he said it was over heating. After one day Ray calls me and says’ «NO CHARGE» because it was low on coolant and a wire was loose that stop the fans from working. Honesty and integrity!!! Any other shop would have probably said that you need a new radiator or a new thermostat or something like that. What I’m saying is that we could have been charged a lot of money and not knowing, would have said okay? But Ray is not like that. That’s why he’s been in business for many years. Thanks again Ray your the best!

I just can’t day enough about «GLAMIS» Ray he went the extra mile for me! As a senior, I was given all the assurance «it was going to be OK». and it was. He got the rental I needed, they came and picked me up from his shop, All went smooth! He is good and what he does and does it well! A lot of my family members have used Ray to their work… we were all satisfied!

This shop is the greatest. For 25 years, this shop has fixed the cars in our family if we ever have been in an accident and they do a great job the first time. We have never had to go back for anything they have ever repaired or replaced. Thank you Ray. They do an excellent and even better than what can be expected. They always do more to please the customer. We will be coming here for life.

Owner Ray is extremely nice and knowledgeable of repairs. He will not do work that is not required. His team will solve your body work and paint work issues in a professional and fair manner. Prices are solid, work is quality.

Ray never fails me. I was referred to him by a family member and continue to go to him for any reparations my car needs. I recommend him to everyone. He has your best interest no matter what and goes above and beyond to make sure your car gets what it needs. If he doesn’t have what you need, he will find someone that does. Ray Bernal who owns Glamis Auto Body and his exceptional team do 5 star work! I am so happy with the work on my car and truck he has performed they come out looking brand new after auto damage. Ray is VERY customer service oriented and puts his clients first, I wish I knew him years ago to give him my business. His work is the best I’ve ever seen and his treatment of his clients are beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this auto body shop he has been in business over 30 years and it shows he is well established!

Ray is simply THE BEST! My «repair» was minor — my daughter scraped the back right bumper of my 2009 Altima that I had recently purchased — it was clean before that! My mechanic, Tony, at Pro Motors (another great mechanic) referred me to Ray. I took my car over, and Ray could have laughed at me and sent me on my way because my scrap was nothing compared to what he normally sees & fixes. Instead, he spent time with me, explained what he does, got rid of the scrap (sheer magic!!), and the bumper looks better than before — and to top it off, charged me ½ of what I was quoted, which really helped me a lot since I am financially strapped at this time. This man is a class act! Friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable, has integrity, and really knows his craft! I will be back to have Ray work on my cars again; my other daughter scraped her car while trying to parallel park, and I know Ray will make it look like it never happened! Ray is not only a master of his craft and efficient, he is also very thorough and takes the time to go over what needs to be done and how he will fix it.
For anyone who has been in an accident and have to deal with your insurance – the claim process is exhaustive and I’m no expert so it’s hard for me to judge if they are low balling with their estimate. The great part about going to Ray is he handles EVERYTHING – this made it so easy for me.
I have been to many «preferred» body shops of my insurance company and I can definitely tell that they tend to take a lot of short cuts to save your insurance money and you don’t really know if you are getting after market parts or not. Ray takes pride in his work, so I know you get that extra ounce of love you don’t get with national body shops – I trust him 100% and he is the ONLY person I will ever come to for body work.

Ray is an awesome dude. I came with a broken driver’s side window, and he scheduled me in immediately. Not only was he friendly, and honest, but extremely knowledgable. He’s been fixing cars for over 30 years and he was able to check out both my AC and fan belts before I left too. He didn’t charge a cent for the diagnostics he did under the hood, and only charged me a pittance for the window repair.
I will definitely be coming to Glamis for my car needs in the future.

I didn’t think a car could look better than last time. i was wrong and love the car even.

Ive had several repairs and paint jobs done by Rays shop, I had him re do my 1991 BMW M5, came out amazing. they do great work.

Let me just say, I LOVE RAY (Owner)!! I first came to Ray because he was a referral from my sister and since then, he has repaired each of my three cars! Two fender benders and one near total collision. He has always done amazing work, his team repairs in a timely fashion and returns your car in brand new-​like condition! Ray is highly trustworthy, reliable and he really prides himself in taking good care of his customers. This is why he’s been in business for so long! I also appreciate the fact that he really takes his time to explain what is wrong with your car and relates everything back to the human anatomy so that people like me can fully understand what’s going on LOL!

I have had the misfortune of being in several accidents but have been fortunate to have found such a GREAT repair shop. Ray the owner is the best, he provides the best service and ensures complete Customer satisfaction. I was extremely stressed out after my first accident. Ray assisted me along the way, coordinated the repairs to my car with the insurance company and even gave me a ride to the rental car facility. As I stated before, I have been in several accidents (I would like to clarify that I was not at fault for any of the accidents), and I have taken my car to Today’s Auto Body every time. I was reffered to this shop by a friend, & so glad I brought my car here. I highly recommend this auto body shop, Ray & his staff are very down to earth people. They do Excellent work on my car, very honest also recommended this shop to family members & they were impressed with his work.

So I was a little nervous about leaving my car here at first, because they are so secluded, but was super impressed with there service. Spoke to Ray on several occasions and he is really nice, down to earth guy. He told me the problem right away. And since I’m a girl, he knew that auto-​body wasn’t my first language.-lol
Last week I got my head gasket changed, and they steamed cleaned my engine, and cleaned my foggy headlights at no extra cost! Highly recommend this place. They are honest and fast workers.
